M & L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots from plastered or unplastered surfaces including cornices, pilasters etc and apply two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in before but applying two coat of white wash on ceilings.

All as per item No 1 here-in before but applying one coat of oil bound complete a over a coat putty (wherever reaquired) as directed and specified. Note- Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 06

Complete removal a treatment on wall(Internal/External) /roof projections including facis, cornics etc(Internal surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) & (External surface by Jet washer) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface and rubbing it with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) to achive the surface even and smooth for further application of finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium arcylic emulsion paint on external wall surfaces having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied Makes :- Nerolac -Excel, Asian - Apex, Burger - Weather coat antidust, Dulux - Weather shield. Note- 1. Application of Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means). 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 06

M & L for applying Two or more coats of Acrylic Emulsion on internal wall surfaces having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat primer complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Nerolac-Little Master(Beauty), Berger-Bison Lite, Asian- Tractor emulsion spark. Note- 1. Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means) 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 06

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ concrete surface, etc. all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ concrete surface, etc. complete all as specified and directed..

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers, 10 mm thick plaster in first coat and second coat of 5 mm thick with WPC as per manufactures instruction, surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls / concrete surface etc, complete all as sp & dir. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10CM width or girth and evenly applying one coat on synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10CM width or girth and evenly applying one coat on synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately under respective items. 2. Work to be executed up to 7 Story building height.

Forming square grooves in plaster n exc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Work to be executed up to 7 Story building height.

S & F in repair of Galvanised MS wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples including taking out old wire mesh from steel window and fixing old steel flats and nut complete all as specified and directed.

S & F figured glass 3mm thick pin head type and glazing with oil putty and securing with glazing pins not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pan including hacking out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for sheet glass 3.0 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, in squares n. exc 0.5 Sq.M in each pan incl hacking out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete/ PCC tile surfaces by brooming with coir/wire brushes and cleaning and washing the floor surface with water to remove the fine dust and finally applying two coats of Lacquer polish (1001) chemical with pigment as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) not exc 30cm high, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants/ trees of girth n exc 30 cm from roof tops/ sides, external walls of bldg, Chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/ slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-O or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/ taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/ staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department . The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (II) The debris including vegetation plant/ trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5Km and n. exc 1.00 Km all as directed by engineer –in-charge. (iii) For deciding the girth of the pant/ tree the height shall be taken at 30cm above the slab/ wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same.
