Construction of 33 KV Independent Line from 220 KV Gola to IOCL Campus at Vill. Dhuriyapar, Gorakhpur.

Erection of Single pole structure on PCC Pole 9 Mtr including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above , grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO ( 'V' type cross arm with clamps with bolt and nut, composite polymer pin, insulator, danger board with clamp, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete).(MS Earthing Rod,V-X-arm,F-Bracket ,X-arm clamp for 9 mtr PCC pole, etc. decentralized materials Provided by contracter as per Resspo) (all materials which are nessasary to do the work,have to be provided.)

Erection of Double Pole on PCC Pole 9 Mtr with all fitting as per RESSPO including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO. Erection of Four Pole on PCC Pole 9 Mtr with all fitting as per RESSPO including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories. Erection of Single pole structure on 11mtr ST. (SP-55) Pole including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above , grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO ( 'V' type cross arm with clamps with, polymer pin, insulator, danger board with clamp, Alluminium paint, red oxide paint, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete).(MS Earthing Rod, V-type X-arm ,Painting of poles, packing piece, F-Bracket ,X-arm clamp for ST pole, etc. Provided by contracter as per Resspo) (all materials which are nessasary to do the work,have to be provided.)

Erection of Double Pole on ST Pole 11 mtr for 11 KV as per Scheudule with all fitting as per RESSPO including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories. (Painting of poles, M.S. angle iron bracing clamps , top channel clamps,E Bracket, MS Earthing Rod, barbed wire ,Painting, packing piece etc.decentralized materials Provided by contracter as per Resspo) (all materials which are nessasary to do the work,have to be provided.)

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, including supply, cutting, fabrication and fixing of guarding channel 75 x 40 x 3010 mm with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing (all materials which are nessasary to do the work,have to be provided.)

Grouting of stay rods after providing stay clamp for Poles as per RESSPO (20 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension .

Extension of 9 mtr PCC Pole for proper clearence for existing lines by 33 KV Top channel with clamp with complete work as per proper specification.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel. P.G. Clamp for Dog provided by contracter.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) by digging pit & making trench in Proper size(1.2M depth x1M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝)on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable.Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks and sand/HDD Method as per site required.

Laying of 33KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia. M.S pipe 3 m long with clamp Complete work.

Providing and Cable jointing charges of 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 mm2 Outdoor.

Special GI Pipe Earthing Complete with materials for 33 KV ‘XLPE’ C/J Kit.

Fabrication of STP 11 mtr To 13 mtr as per RESSPO if required as per site condition.

Laying of 33KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia. M.S pipe 3 m long Complete work.
