ANNUAL OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF E

Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations (Conveyor Belts, Lifts,Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System etc.) of Operational and Non-Operational areas including periodical maintenance, repairs, attending to complaints /fault /breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the entire system, maintenance of records/documentation etc. on all days including Sundays and holidays on round the clock basis complete as required, as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract.

Complete items of CPWD schedule of rates (electrical) internal & External- 2018 as and when required basis. Total amount of work to be executed amounting to Rs. 3,00,000.00 during contract period as per DSR 2018. (Note- Example for quoting the rate- (i) If bidder wants to quote the rates at par with rates of DSR-2018 (E and M), then bidder has to quote Rs. 3,00,000.00 in the rate column. (ii) If bidder wants to quote the rate 10% above on rate of DSR-2018 (E and M), then bidder has to quote Rs. 3,30,000.00 in the rate column. (iii) If bidder wants to quote the rate 10% below on rate of DSR-2018 (E and M), then bidder has to quote Rs. 2,70,000.00 in the rate column. Above examples are for guidance to bidders only.)

Servicing, Calibration and Testing of existying 11 KV HT panel consist of (a) 1 incomer- 1250 A VCB and 2 outgoing - 800 A VCB (b) Overcurrent and earth fault current relay (Nos.), (c) Auxiliary/Trip relays -7 Nos (d) Annuciator(03 Nos.) and meters(03 Nos.) through calibration machine having valid calibrated certificate of Govt./NABL lab and submission of test reports complete as reqd.

Servicing, Calibration and Testing of LT Panel consist of (a) ACB, Model - L and T, C - Power - 1000 A (5 Nos.) (b) ACB, Model - L and T, C - Power - 2000 A (3 Nos.) through calibration machine having valid calibrated certificate of Govt./NABL lab and submission of test reports complete as reqd.

Filtration of transformer oil in 1.25 MVA, 11KV / 415 V transformer including testing of transformer oil (acidity, BDV, etc.) before and after filtration, confirming to latest indian standard at site till the reach of satisfactory di-electric strength of 50KV or above and submitting the report, also Testing of Winding Temperature Indicator (WTI), Oil Temperature Indicator (OTI), Buchholz Relay, Pressure Release Valve (PRV) and replacement of silica gel of transformer etc as complete as required.

Top up the Transformers with ISI marked Transformer oil during filtration as per site requirement etc complete as required.

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of ceiling fan/wall fan/ exhaust fan of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not to return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of Air curtains/Air-Circulators/ Pedestal fan of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of three phase monoblock pump set upto 5HP rating of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)
