Part-A (Civil Work) Ornamental Fish demo Unit Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in all kinds of soil incluidng moorum stoney earth and earthmixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting, including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts, T&P. shoring and shuttering if required etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in base course of the concrete pavement using 4cm size black crusher broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry, including lowering, laying concrete, compacting with mechanical vibrator, watering curing etc. complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including basic cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth using (25x12 x8cm) size bricks after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before its use including, splays cutting, circular moulding and carbelling, champering and similar such type of works watering, curing etc. all complete including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete (Crushing strength of bricks should not be less than 75kg to 99 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2%)

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with basic cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials including labour cess but excluding GST complete

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using (25x12x8cm) size bricks after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before its use including, splays cutting, circular moulding and carbelling, champering and similar such type of works watering, curing etc. all complete including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete (Crushing strength of bricks should not be less than 75kg to 99 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2%) as per specification & direction of the Engineer -in-Charge (First Floor)

12mm (½") thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonry finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. with basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. with basic cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing (0.30mm to 0.80mm thick) GI trafford (Dura shine) sheet in roof including drilling holes in windties fixing of ridges valley windties etc. complete including basic cost of fittings, all labour & T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete (cost of windties will paid separately) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. door & window grills, grill gates made of M.S. flat/square bar of approved specification design fitted & fixed including cutting the grooves in brick or RCC structure and making good to the damages with C.C. (1:2:4), cost of nails, screws but including basic cost of grills, conveyance, of all materials, labour, T&P. etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surfaces of wall with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including basic cost, conveyance, of all materials, all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
