Applying super premium quality 100% Exterior Acrylic (Asian / ICI /Berger / Nippon / Nerolac) emulsion : (Fresh work including complete scraping / surface preparation, as appropriate base (primer) coat and top two or more coats). Applying exterior paint of approved colour, make, brand and surface coverage of painting as per the manufacturer specification. The exterior paint shall be applied over dry surface after complete scraping and removal of all loose or defective paint or powdery residue using mechanical methods with Zero dust vaccum technology followed with High pressure Jet washing and sealing the surface with necessary exterior base coat or primer before application of top coat of exterior paint. The contractor shall also carryout necessary surface preparation including removal of loose plastering, patch plastering, crack filling, microconcreting, application of damp proof coating and making good the wall surface etc wherever required before applying base or primer coat. The contractor should ensure complete covering of floors using tarpaulin / plastic sheet while taking up the work. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of charges towards all labour, material, transport , scaffolding, safety arrangements, Personal Protective Equipments (PPE), tools and plants etc but excluding the cost of waterproofing, attending to leakages and major civil repair works if any. The Paint manufacturer shall inspect the work in every stage, submit inspection / field test report, certify the product / application and give 10 year Guarantee. Painting Note : As per GRIHA norms all the paints shall be low VOC the tenderers are requested to quote the rate by considering the same
Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete.
600 mm dia RCC pipes.
900 mm dia RCC pipes.
Supply and erection of RCC storm water u-drain with RCC cover of M30 or higher Grade concrete using Fe 500 Grade reinforcement (weight of the reinforcement assumed as not less than 100 Kg/ cum) of inner size 600x 750mm with wall thick 100mm and removable RCC cover of size 800mmx950mm of thickness 100mm. The rate is including loading, transport and unloading charges, placing and erection at site etc., complete.
Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50m x 2.00m made of 40x40x6 mm angle iron or 50x50x3 mm hollow MS tube posts/ horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63 mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding / riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50 cm above the ground is available making over all height as 2.50m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50 cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25 mm at both ends with 50 cm long MS angle 40x40x6 mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends.
The work shall be executed as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour, materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
(Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).
Intercarting of excavated earth by mechanical tranpost including loading, unloading and stacking/ spreading/ levelling lead upto 2.5km beyond the initial lead of 50m. Voids will be deducted at 20%.
Removing of existing surplus earth, rubbish and garbage through the lorry / truck including loading, unloading and transporting to out side the IITM Discovery campus, Thaiyur premises including approval from local authorities like municipality/corporation complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Necessary deduction for voids @ of 20% will be made from the actual measured volume of rubbish.
Constructing masonry chamber 90x90x100 Cm, inside with 100 class designation brick work with in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand / M sand ) SFRC Cover excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1cement : 5 fine sand / M sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand / M sand) 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with fly ash concrete bricks.
Structural Steel work welded in built up sections / tubular sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer (Zinchromite primer) and two coats of enamel painting evens shade all etc.
Supplying and pouring chemical anchor fastener Lockfix of FOSROC or equivalent product for fixing reinforcement up to 16mm dia bars the rate inclusive of making necessary hole up to a depth of not less than 100mm in RCC element, charges for scaffolding, cleaning the hole etc., complete.
Supplying and laying Hincol road Bond in PP bags as per the manufacture specification. The rate inclusive of surface preparation by cutting the pot holes in proper shape, cleaning thoroughly, applying a coat of bitumen primer, rolling with power roller and applying a layer cement over the finished surface.
