Supplying of Retro Reflective sign board made up with 1.2 mm thick stainless steel sheet, of which both faces shall be fully covered with high Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Retro Reflective sheeting of approved specification as per MORTH having approved message (Matter and Base) fully processed by pressure sensitive equipment of approved brand (Avery Dennison / 3M ) fixed on stainless steel frame made up of SS as described and as directed.

NOTES: [i] The APFC Panel shall be sourced directly from the OEM only. The APFC Panel described as above complete in all respect as per specification enclosed, up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. [ii] To ensure safety, reliability and accountability of component co ordination, all the major capacitor bank components such as capacitor units, de tuning reactors, PF controllers, circuit breakers, contactors and the enclosure system called for in this specification should preferably be from a single manufacturer. [iii] The OEM shall manufacturer APFC components and switchgear. The OEM's specified cannot authorize any other partners / sub vendors to manufacture APFC Panels on their behalf. The APFC Panel manufactured by OEM's only will be accepted & factory acceptance test (FAT) will be carried out at OEM's plant only. [iv] The APFC Panel shall have 10% extra space for future expansion.

[A] GENERAL [i] The busbar trunking system (BTS), both feeder and plug-in, shall be of sandwich construction. All components and fittings (straight length, elbow, tee, flanged end, cable tap-off box and circuit breaker etc.) shall conform to IEC 61439-6:2012 or UL 857 and shall be procured from the OEM of BTS. The BTS shall have IP 65 protection with canopy for outdoor application and IP 54 protection for indoor application in accordance with IEC 60529: 1989. [ii] The rated operation voltage of BTS shall not be less than 1.1 kV. The neutral conductor shall have the same cross-sectional area as the phase conductor and the earth busbar shall be provided on both sides of the housing.
[B] CERTIFICATE [i] The busbar, of full range and each rating, shall pass full type tests specified in IEC 61439-6-2012. The certificate shall be issued by an international independent testing authority, e.g. ASTA. KEMA. UL, ERDA, CPRI etc. [ii] A product safety mark, e.g. KEMA-KEUR, ASTA DIAMOND, UL and ERDA, CE, etc. shall be on the product offering a visual assurance of full product safety testing, factory inspection and ongoing surveillance under independent authority. [iii] The BTS shall be certified for seismic tests conforming to IEEE 693-2018 for seismic zone V.
[C] SHORT-CIRCUIT RATINGS & TESTS [i] The entire BTS (busduct and plug-in box assembly) shall be capable of withstanding the short-circuit of electrical installation without undergoing any electrical, mechanical or thermal stress under fault condition at a service voltage of 1.1 kV at 50 Hz frequency. The minimum rated insulation voltage shall be 1 kV. [ii] The minimum certified short-circuit withstand capacity for 800 A rating for 400A BTS and 600A rating for 200 A BTS shall be 50 KA for 1 sec.
[D] HOUSING [i] The busbar trunking housing shall be constructed of 1.6 mm thick electro-galvanised steel and shall be provided with a suitable protective finish of epoxy paint. [ii] The busbar trunking housing shall be totally enclosed non-ventilated for protection against mechanical damage and dust accumulation and it shall be tested for its characteristics offering resistance against corrosion. It shall also pass at least 1000 salt spray test to ensure its anti-corrosion ability. [iii] The totally enclosed housing shall be manufactured by the BTS OEM and modifications of busbar trunking to make it totally enclosed by housing other than the shall be unacceptable without written consent of the OEM. busbar trunking OEM
[E] BUSBARS [i] The busbars shall be of aluminium with tin / silver plating at joint and conductivity of the joints shall be > 60% IACS [ii] There shall be no bolts passing through the busbars of the BBT. [iii] Each busbar shall be insulated with Class-F (155 °C) multilayer PET insulation. Epoxy and Mica insulation shall be unacceptable. [iv] The temperature rise at any point of busbar trunking enclosure shall not exceed 55 °C above the ambient temperature of 40 °C when operated at the rated current.
[F] JOINTS [i] The busbar trunking joint shall be of one-bolt type utilizing high strength steel bolt(s) and Belleville washers to maintain proper pressure over a large contact surface area. [ii] The bolt(s) shall be torque indicating and at earth potential. [iii] The nut(s) shall be of two-headed design to indicate proper torque has been applied and shall require only a standard long handle wrench to be properly activated. [iv] Access shall be required to only see one side of the busbar trunking to tighten joint bolts. [v] It shall be possible to remove any joint connection assembly to allow electrical isolation or physical removal of a busbar trunking length without disturbing adjacent busbar trunking lengths. [vi] All the joints should be executed as per latest and relevant IS.
[G] PLUG-IN OPENING [i] The connecting jaw of a plug-in unit shall plug directly onto the busbar and have full contact with busbar itself. Welded tab at plug-in busbar is unacceptable. [ii] All contact on joint and plug-in opening shall be of copper strip in order to avoid external force damage on busbar while plugging in or plugging out operation. [iii] On plug in busbar trunking there shall be three dead front, hinged cover type plug-in opening on each side. [iv] All openings shall be usable simultaneously. Busbar trunking shall be installed in such a manner that plugs are side mounted to permit practical use of all plug-in openings. [v] It shall be possible to inspect the plug-in opening and busbars prior to the installation of plug-in units.
[H] SUPPORT STRUCTURE [i] Support structure shall be provided as per OEM's recommendation. [ii] Indoor feeder and plug-in busbar trunking shall be approved for hanger spacing of up to 3 m for horizontally mounted run and 4.88 m for vertically mounted runs. Outdoor feeder busbar trunking shall be approved for spacing up to 1.5 m for horizontally or vertically mounted runs.
[I] VOLTAGE DROP [i] The voltage drop (sending end voltage minus receiving end voltage) specified shall be based on the busway operating at full rated current and stabilized operating temperature in. [ii] The 3-Phase line to line voltage drop shall not exceed 3.4 V per 100 feet length at 40% power factor concentrated load which may exist during motor starting. [iii] The line to line voltage drop shall not exceed 4.1 V per 100 feet at the load power factor which produces the maximum voltage drop in the busway.
[J] INSPECTION / SUPPORT OF INSTALLATION [i] The installation of busbar trunking system (BTS) shall be executed by skilled professionals with minimum experience of 5 yrs. having sufficient installation base and pre-commissioning experience. [ii] The entire installation shall be directly supervised by the OEM. [iii] The OEM shall also furnish a commissioning report underlining satisfactory installation after the commissioning of BBT system.
400 A BBT and 200 A BTS shall include following items for connection to all independent Dus/ parking area and utility area from ground floor to 20th floor complete all as directed :- (i) Straight Run Feeder having IP54 protection (ii) Flange End with Equalizer/Shorting Plate (iii) Horizontal/Vertical Bend (iv) Vertical Spring Hanger / Fix Hanger (v) End cover (vi) Expansion joints (vii) Tinned copper braided flexibles with hardware-Nuts & Bolts (viii) Adapter Box (ix) End Feed Unit (EFU) with 400 A, 25 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz FP EDO MCCB for 400 A BTS and End Feed Unit (EFU) with 200 A. 25 KA. 415 V, 50 Hz FP EDO MCCB for 200 A BTS. (x) Supporting structure using structural steel and horizontal fixing clips for BBT support with painting as recommended by OEM.
NOTE: The bidder shall submit dimensional drawing of the item offered indicating all the fittings, dimensional tolerance, typical GADs etc. with details of insulation at each point and core construction, etc. for approval of the Garrison Engineer.

ARBORICULTURE WORK
Preparing the ground surface by removing all vegetation, debris, stone etc and loosening / tiling the top layer of soil to a depth of 225 mm including digging out unsuitable soil and remove the same to a distance not exceeding 50m replace the removed quantity of soil with approved suitable soil obtained from out side MD land and preparing combination of soil and manure in the ration of 2:1 and application at site including spreading levelling so as to form a layer of 225 mm average thickness complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : Supply only additional quantity of approved soil and manure will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Development of the area by planting of American and Korean grass with dibbling method by keeping the spacing of 30 centimetre between the tufts of grass including trenching the ground watering rolling moving (if required) and de-weeding complete till the grass form a thick carpet free from weeds including the cost of labour tools and tackles involved complete all as specified and as directed

Notes for item Nos. 15.10 to 15.50:- (i) Rate of above items also include for maintenance by regular watering, deweeding, shaping, adding fertilizer and spraying of insecticide during currency of work as well as during Defects Liability Period of two years after completion of work. (ii) Bidders to note that payment for arboriculture work as mentioned in item Nos. 15.10 to 15.50 shall be made only after completion of 80% of building work.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Lifts as per OEM manual and repairs of fully automatic electrically operated Passenger lifts (03 Nos) and Fire Lifts (02 Nos) of provided make & type as per scope of work in the subject contract, comprising of all devices and accessories on all days including Sundays & holidays by deploying one Mechanic during the First year after completion of Defects Liability Period, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed.

NOTES for Comprehensive maintenance of lifts (item Nos 16.10 to 16.30 of BOQ):- (a) Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance (routine, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) as per Maintenance Proforma 1 to 6 given in Appendix 'E' of tender documents and as per existing rules and regulations given by govt and department and maintain all the lifts in serviceable condition 24 Hrs x 365 days during Comprehensive maintenance period. (b) The Contractor has to carry out the Comprehensive maintenance of the Lifts through OEM only. The contractor shall enter into a MoU with the OEM for the provision of lift and further maintenance. The MoU for the post warranty/ post defects liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted at least six months prior to the issue of completion certificate of Mile stone No. 2 i.e. Main EPC project. (c) The Comprehensive maintenance should cover any/all parts of Lifts. If its functions found defective, the same should be repaired or replaced by the contractor through OEM as per the timeline covered under contract conditions.
NOTES for Comprehensive maintenance of lifts (item Nos 16.10 to 16.30 of BOQ) (Contd...):- (d) Two mechanics shall be deployed by contractor round the clock at lift complaint cell (for all lifts) for safe & smooth functioning of all the lifts. (e) Rewinding of motor, if required, will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department on this account. (f) The lift mechanics deployed by contractor shall report to the Concerned JE at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints round the clock daily including Sunday and holiday.
