S&F in repair rotational moulded,multilayer HDPE water storage tank (white colour) of 500 ltrs capacity(Cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked fixed in position on existing places complete all as specified including 02 Nos 20mm dia full threaded GI tank niple, 20 mm dia PTMT float valve epoxy coated Aluminium rod with high density plastic float ball( of minium weight 210 gms ) and refixing of inlet, outlet & overflow pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs from mouth of circulating pipes, etc and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint with 75 mm text height in DD-MM-YY format, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PTMT ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed suitable for 25mm bore pipe (minimum wt 455 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC tank cover/lid for 500/1000/2000 ltr over head tank complete including fixing the lid with the existing tank with PVC hinges and male and female locking system all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up (salt glazed ware, AC, PVC) drain pipes of any dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Aluminum powder coated grill of size 75x75x4 mm thick for windows, incl joining cleat, aluminium strip beading, necessary screws complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Sliding Window Three Track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (± 0.2mm) Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (108mm* 45mm), sliding Sash (39mm *58mm). Sliding mesh sash (39mm* 58mm) Sliding Interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45mm* 35mm). Glazing bead (20mm* 18mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. Note:1. Glazed shutters of float glass thickness not less than 5.00 mm and wire mesh shutter with Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36 mm dia with aparture 1.4 mm shall also be deemed included in quoted rates and No extra payment will be made separately. 2. for UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. 3. Provn for fixing of one window AC/cooler of standard size to be done using suitable uPVC section in one window of each rooms (bottom portion of window top hung glazed shutter and top portion of window sliding type) as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as specified and directed. Note:1. plain/figured glass thickness not less than 4.00 mm shall also be deemed included in quoted rates and No extra payment will be made separately. 2. for UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers including all pinning when necessary (in CM 1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair figured glass 4mm thick pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, grates etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, expanded metal (work to be executed any height) etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at the length n exe 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clearspan, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water including removing of debries out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on edges of RCC chajja or corners of columns where steel reinforcement coming out after fixing 15 mm size Wire netting of mild steel wire 1.60mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples incl taking down of plaster,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid separatly.)

Supply only liquid Waterproofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of ceiling and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 0.51 mm (24 SWG) hexagonal construction, stretched firmly before plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting on newly plastered surface of wall and cornices including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1 mm thick wall care putty on external and internal wall over newly plastered / old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
