M & L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:6, finished the surface even and smooth with sagol finish including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces using CM 1:3, finished the surface even and smooth in ceiling including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two layers (12 + 8 mm) on the wall surfaces, top layer of 8 mm mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, including scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) WPC shall be paid for separately.

M & L for preparing new decorated surfaces of wall (plasterered or unplastered or previously white washed) & applying two coat of oil bound distemper with 3mm thick wall care putty including all necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of primer and two coats of distemper oil emulsion including all necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying One or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces including all necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of wall by scraping, washing rubbbing etc and applying two coat of distemper oil-emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing old surfaces walls of distempered & painted surfaces by scraping, washing rubbbing etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified

M& L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall/ceiling (brand Apex Ultima manufactured by Asian or Brand weather coat Maxx manufactured by Berger or equivalent as approved by GE) building ht upto 24mtr including necessary scaffolding and complete all as per manufacturers instructions

M& L preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description not other wise described , over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified

M& L preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not other wise described , over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of existing old surfaces of wall, chajjas, beams, parapets etc, filling of cracks after cutting the same to V shape approximate 10mm wide and upto full depth of cracks with Chemistic crack seal caulking compound (Acrylic sealant) of M/s. Chemistik or equivalent of Dr. Fixit or of M/S STP Ltd as approved by the GE, also including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leak/seapage proof coating consisting of preparing the surfaces of Newly plastered or existing exterior walls, parapet walls chajjas etc, with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc, and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and cracks less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dulex Aqua tech base coat and applying one coat Dr Fixit primeseal primer or STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system; of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP or Dulex weather sheld(The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at 6 hours befor next coat) etc, complete all as per manufacturer instruction and all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/growth including its roots upto 1.00m of plant height at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including Scaffolding or Jhula all complete all as specified and directed.
