Supply of Manpower for assistance in maintenance job of intermitant nature as per scope of work Annexure XVIII-A of NIT (Bidder shall fill service charges considering contractual obligations, provisions of all incidental expenses necessary for proper execution and completion of work in accordance with terms & conditions of the tender, cost of all overheads, supervision, profit, marging, taxes, statutory duty, fee, royalty, or any other tax in respect of the contract.) Maintenance of Factory on Lumpsum Basis: To carry out electrical maintenance jobs as detailed in Annexure - XVIII-B during normal & odd hours. (Bidder shall quote rates considering minimum nos of manpower required for execution of jobs as mentioned in Annexure- XVIII-B scope of work of NIT.) Bidder may fill any rate in BoQ but not less than Rs. 2,20,069.33/- in basic rate for per unit operation in BoQ. Otherwise their price bid shall be rejected.

To carry out electrical maintenance jobs as detailed in annexure XVIII-C for Township and Factory areas during normal working hours and in odd hours including Sundays and other all types of holidays. (Bidder shall quote rates considering minimum nos of manpower required for execution of jobs as mentioned in Annexure- XVIII-C scope of work of NIT.) Bidder may fill any rate in BoQ but not less than Rs. 2,29,306.30/- in basic rate for per unit operation in BoQ. Otherwise their price bid shall be rejected.

Erection of MS/ PCC poles in cement concrete (1:3:6)foundation including excavation, refilling , muffing as required. Cement concrete and sand will be in contractors scope, however cement will be supplied by NFL on chargeable basis. The poles shall be supplied by NFL.

Erection of M S / P C C pole including excavation, refilling etc. It includes removal of MS / PCC pole in case of temporarely erection as per instructions of Engineer- In-charge . The pole with muffing shall be supplied by NFL.

Repair / construction of MS/ PCC pole muff in cement concrete (1:3:6)foundation including excavation, refilling as required. Cement concrete and sand will be in contractors scope, however cement will be supplied by NFL on chargeable basis.

Dismantling of MS/PCC poles embedded in cement concrete foundation and refilling the earth etc as required.

Erection of stay - set complete, in cement concrete (1:3:6)foundation including excavation, refilling , muffing as required. Cement concrete and sand will be in contractors scope, however cement will be supplied by NFL on chargeable basis. The stay-sets shall be supplied by NFL.

Grouting and fixing of Cable Markers along the cable routes. It includes construction of concrete blocks (PCC) in the ratio of (1:3:6) of size 300mm x 300 mm x 300mm, grouting of cable marker, excavation and then fixing of the cable marker block in paved path.

Supply, installation and testing of GI pipe of cast iron not less than 100 mm diameter, 2.5 to 3 meter long and 13 mm thick earth electrode in earth pit as per drawing in Annexure-XVIII-D of scope of work. Supply of all items will be in contractor's scope including handling, transportation, and excavation of earth pit in all respect. Earth pits are to be made according to the specification given and shall conform to the provisions of IS 3043 with latest amendments.

Checking & testing of earth pit resistance including cleaning of earth pit and earthing connections, applying petroleum jelly on that & retightening of bolts. It includes putting salt solution and pouring water in the earth pit . Earth Tester will be given by NFL.

Painting/ writing of numbers & letters in Black/ Red/ White including base painting of suitable area if required) of following sizes on ceiling fans/ panels, distribution boards, poles etc. as required, paint, brush, stencil etc. will be supplied by contractor.

Sizes upto and including 25mm.

Sizes above 25mm upto 50mm.

Sizes above 50mm upto 100mm.
