Taking out old unserviceable GI check nuts from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new GI check nuts 32mm dia medium grade ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MS clamps from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new MS clamps for MNF set made out of mild steel flat iron of size 25x3mm made to shape and welded on the legs of charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable long rails from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new rails made out of 32 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe duly threaded at both ends and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable short rails from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only of short rails made out from old long rails obtained from Serial Item No 22.05 above duly threaded at both ends fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe, supply and fixing of new 12mm thick(7 Ply) Plywood, BWR grade ISI Marked of Size 1.98 meter x 0.90 Meter including providing 03 Nos of stiffener of size 900mmx50mmx6mm of MS flat iron of size 25mmX3mm duly welded with long rails with 90 degree bend at both ends at an appropriate distance so as to fit tightly against the inner walls of both long rails at an equal intervals to provide more strength to hard top . Necessary holes or perforation shall be made on GI Pipe (3 holes on each long rails, 02 holes on each short rails and 01 hole on each stiffener) and fixing with suitable size of screw/locknuts/and bolts as directed by Engr- in-Charge. Plywood shall be rounded off and suitably holed with rose bit to prevent head of nuts/bolts from protruding Out. All four corners bottom of plywood to be chiseled suitable sheared off to the extent to ensure housing of raised portion of elbow and check nuts if required to make the plywood sit flat on long rails evenly through out complete all as specified and directed.

ALMIRAH STEEL MED WITH SHELVES (Drg No. FD-67(m), 243,1032)

Taking out broken damaged handle of almirah steel med with shelves and S&F new brass chromium plated handle of approved quality (Godrej pattern) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable locks from almirah steel med with shelves and S&F new brass locks of 6 levers with duplicate keys of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old u/s mild steel cleats and S&F new mild steel cleats as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs of door shutters hinges of almirah steel med with shelves by fixing dislocated hinges by welding. Length of each spot of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but not exc 5 cm, thickness of welding shall not be less than 6mm, with and including red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old broken damaged top of table dining ORs and S&F new top made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak veneered & otherside balancing white, phenol formal dehyde exterior grade with 19x4mm thick teakwood beading fixed with headless nails all around the top complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable rusted components of table dining ORs and S&F the following new components 25mm square tube of 1.6mm thick MS sheet:-

Legs of table dining ORs 71 cm long

Long side rails of size 162cm long.

Short side rails of size 52 cm long.

Stiffener of size 47 cm long.

Stiffeners of size 158cm long.

M&L for running electric welding to the broken/dislocated broken frame of table dining Ors, length of welding exceeding 2.5cm but not exc 5 cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not less than 6mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to all steel surface of table dining ORs with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface by scrapping, de-rusting old dirt stains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR CBTS WITH ARMS (Drg No. FD-75(m)

Removing of old broken damaged wooden hand rest of chair CBTS with arm and S&F new hand rest made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) well seasoned free from cracks knots & sapwood and polished with black powder polish complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old broken damaged seat frame of chair CBTS with arm and S/F new seat frame made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) well seasoned free from cracks knots & sapwood and polished with black powder polish with and including canning with new non-recycled 2mm wide white plastic cane half round oval shaped and beading with 3mm wide plastic cane half round, as per Godrej pattern (double vertical and single diagonal) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 29.02 above but back frame of chair CBTS with arm

M&L for spray painting to steel frame of chair CBTS with arm with two coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green including preparation of surface by scrapping, de-rusting old dirt stains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable rubber shoes from chair CBTS with arms & S&F new rubber shoes of approved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs with screw of chair CBTS with arms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old rusted flat iron strip and S&F mild steel FI strip of size 500mmX20mmX3mm & welded to the frame(at bottom) of chair CBTS with arms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable top of table 900 x900 x760 mm steel and S&F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (ISI Marked) exterior grade one side teak veneered finish and other side having balancing white lamination with 19mm x 4 mm teak wood beading all around the top and polishing to wooden surfaces with French polish including preparation of surfaces by scrapping /smoothing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to steel frame of table 900 x900x 760 mm steel by two coats of synthetic enamelled paint olive green colour including preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping out old dirt stains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electric welding to the broken /dislocated 25 x 25 mm square tube rails of tables 900 x900x 760 mm steel , length of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm ( each spots measured separately) thickness of metal to be welded not less than 6 mm , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable rubber shoes from the legs of table and S&F new rubber shoes of approved quality and tightly fitted to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting of complete steel surface inside and outside of book case steel with a coat of synthetic enamel paint (Olive green colour) after complete removal of old paint by scrapping complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable handle of book case steel and S&F new chromium plated handle of approved quality all as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

RACK ADJUSTABLE 6 TIER STEEL (Drg No. FD-106(m)

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality olive green colour (internally and externally) including top, bottom and legs to rack steel 6 tier by spraying machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

Charpoy IP HARD TOP ( Drg No.- FD Map-II/01 )

M&L for mild steel square pipe of size 25 x 25 sqmm thick 16 gauge two in numbers in each charpoy equally placed in between of both long rails properly welded at both ends with curved edges and placing two holes in each for supporting plywood top including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 x60 x6mm MS Cleat of with min length of 150mm Six in numbers in each charpoy placed of both long & Short rails properly welded and placing one hole in each for supporting plywood top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting for Charpoy IP Hard Top after finishing the surface with one coat of synthetic enamel Black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old and unserviceable plywood top and S & F new plywood top 12mm thick(7 Ply) Plywood, BWR grade ISI Marked. Top to be fitted with nut and bolt after drilling hole in square tube and plywood, nut bolt in each top complete all as specified and directed.

Charpoy plywood top GI pipe 32mm with (Drg No.- FD-220)

Taking out old unserviceable long rails from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new rails made out of 32 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe duly threaded at both ends and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable short rails from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only of short rails made out from old long rails obtained from Serial Item No 36.01 above duly threaded at both ends fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable legs from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only legs made out from long rails and short rails obtained from serial item No 36.01 & 36.02 complete including welded MNF Set clamps of mild steel flat iron 25mmX3mm & 6mm thick MS plate at the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI elbow from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new GI Elbow 3-way 32mm dia medium grade ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI check nuts from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new GI check nuts 32mm dia medium grade ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy GI Pipe, supply and fixing of new 12mm thick(7 Ply) Plywood, BWR grade ISI Marked as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Green ply/Archdply

M & L for gas welding to the mild steel stiffener attached to the frame of charpoy G.I pipe with plywood top including preparation of surface and removing unwanted welding spot all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
