Providing and fixing of factory made uPVC white colour Double Rebate Casement Window including glass & mesh of area exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.00 sqm each window made of extruded profiles of high impact modified grade manufactured from Tropicalized Blend with TiO2 and required additives, colorfast & being able to withsatand a weather resistance test of 16000 hrs on weathering apparatus, resistant to chemicals, and be fungal and vermin proof. The uPVC profile should be classed as self extinguishing to prevent support or enchancement of accidental fires. Extruded profile duly reiniforced with minimum 120 gsm zinc coated GI of 1.5mm to 2.5mm thickness to meet the wind load requirement on sash/mulilion and fitted in continuous length in closed chamber of required length (shape and size according to uPVC profile design). The internal drainage shall be isolated from chambers into which reinforcement can be placed or through which frame fixing passes. Material and Labour 75mm thick PCC 1: 3: 6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in plinth protection, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces and external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

Material and Labour for prepration of surfaces with and including applying 02 coats of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (shade as approved by GE ) , @ 10.00 Sq.m / litre / 2.00 coats by using roller to internal wall surfaces over with and including one coat of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Primer @ 10.00 Sq.m / litre / 1.00 coat by using roller as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of Interior Acrylic Emulsion by using the brands of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Paint and Interior Acrylic Emulsion Primer as described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing existing treated surfaces of ceilings including cornices and applying two coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Note :- Mode of measurement : per sqm of breaking area of concrete only.

Material and Labour for Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/PCC elements of Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops repair to spalling concrete to its original size and shape in layers of 10 mm average thickness in 1st layer by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber based repair mortar having compressive strength >= 50 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in slab at the interval of 300 mm or as directed by Enginner-in-charge in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Material and labour for Waterproofing treatment to sunken floor using acrylic based multipurpose polymer. The treatment shall be carried out as per manufactures specification. The treatment shall be include of the following elements also: 1. Surface preparation of substrate by removing all traces of contaminates, loose and friable particles, cement laitance oils and grease, water repellent coatings etc 2. Injection grouting using cementitious grout if required. The payment for injection grouting shall be made separately etc 3. Repair to the substrate, filling of blow holes/voids and surface leveling using appropriate products specified by the manufacture. 4. All intersections of horizontal and vertical surface should be profiled with a mortar fillet of minimum 25mm x 25mm. 5. The moisture content of the substrate shall be checked before application of first coat at water proof coating at the rate of 200 g/m2 followed brush topping at 450g/m2 per mm. The second coat shall be reinforced with glass fabric between the first and second coat. 6. The treatment shall be protected by application of polymer modified cement mortar of thickness 10mm applied at the rate of 50g per mm. 7. Tech specification : Tensile adhesion strength 0.5N/Sqmm (as bonding slurry).

Supply and Fixing LED Street light fitting 35 Watt 230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrossion resistant complete with IP 65/66 protection with and including bracket made out with 40mm bore Galvanised Iron Light grade pipe 1.20 mtr length bent to shape with 02 sets of MS clamps made out of minimum 3 mm MS flat iron with suitable bolt and nuts complete with and including connection with copper cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as manufacturer's instructions ,as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Note for serial item nos.111.00 to 135.00 of BoQ:- 1. All old unservicable material obtained from serial item nos.111.00 to 135.00 shall be deposited in the store yard of AGE EM GE South Bathinda by the contractor at his own arrangment. Nothing shall be paid extra to contractor on this account.The Board of Officer as ordered by GE (South) Bathinda shall be ascertained the quantity of old unservicable material and shall be depostied accordingly . 2. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
