Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes hard/dense soil (of similar holes) each n. Exc. 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. Exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron with swain neck as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel Galvanised wire chain link fencing square mesh of any size made out of any size wire complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends with washers n . Exc 12mm dia and, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer n. exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining and rescuring including making good staoles etc galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type J type hooks or cranked bolts and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 0.63mm thick black, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces including preparation over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Factory made Prestressed cement concrete compound wall pillar having length 2.40 m having top & bottom dimension 150 mmx150mm with grove of 60 mm for slab fitting reinforced with 6 nos 4 mm HT wire fitted with two hooks of 6 mm for lifting incl demolation complete all as specified.

M&L Factory made Prestressed cement concrete slab having size 2.90mx0.30mx 50 mm thick sutiable to fit in pillars reinforced with 4 mm 5 Nos HT wire, design as approved by engr-in-charge, incl demolaton complete all as specified.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 211107.50 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
