M & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 2000 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including nipple at inlet amd outlet and all other fittings required at site all as specified in SSR Part I .

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosures Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps,240 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Sub main wiring for PVC insulated single core stranded copper cable FRLS of size 2 x 4.0 sq. mm and 1x 4.0 sq. mm earth wire for earthing and drawing through conduit and make good distribured area same as existing with colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete including passing through trench/duct/fixed on pole all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m in depth and not exc. 1.5 m wide for taking out or laying PVC cable/ GI pipe of any size in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in layer not exc. 25 cm thick spreading out, levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks Sub class B Designation 75 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil/excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m away from the starting point and depositing where directed at al level not exc. 1.5 m above thestarting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Galvanised steel tubes, 40 mm bore, light grade passing through electric cable for crossing road, drain or vertical support to wall or protection for cable complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge complete.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made, outdoor type LT panel board, cubicle type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, and tested at CPRI, having 400 Amps capacity alluminium bus bar for phase and 400 Amps alluminium bus bar capacity for neutral , colour coded for each phase and neutral, insulated on epoxy type insulators. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provn for entry of cable of adequate size with glands, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, both side opening type,provision of connecting earth strip from 2 sides, including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) including grouting of panel 45 cm above ground level by providing 90 cm long angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm, welded on all the four corners, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm above ground level complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories:-

M&L for Provision of earthing with 600x600x6.0mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel (and 40mm dia GI medium grade pipe for protection of G.I strip) to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt, viz transformer, L.T. kiosk, H.T.lightening arrestors etc. including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including PCC foundation / chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20mm dia light grade G.I.
