Sevicing to AHU of various capacities by way of plugging of leakages at inlet and outlet pipes, proper balancing of motor and blower units, cleaning of coils by descaling chemical and removing of dust and dirt by blowers. The job also includes providing and fitting of 32A capacity contactors, Overload relay, single phase preventers for all AHUS
Providing and fitting of fan belts in the AHU (A925) in place of damaged ones
Repairs to the burn-out motor of AHU 2 hp capacity by way of rewinding of the same and fitting of the same back into the AHU
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Main Control Panel having separate cubicals for each equipment (viz. Hot Water Generator 2 No's, Hot Water Circulation Pumps 2 No's, Soft Water Pumps 1 No's, Softener pump 1 No, HSD Transfer Pump 2 No's and three empty for spare) with main and individual switch gears for Hot Water Generator / Pumps and starters for Pumps. On-Load Change Over Switch (250 A), Incommer MCCB (250A). Starters for 20HP, 3 Ph (2 No.) circulation pumps, Starters for 2HP, 3 Ph (1 No.) HSD transfer pumps, Starters for 2HP, 1Hp (2 No.) soft water pumps The control panel shall be provided with 1No. DP 63 A for lighting, 3No. DP 16A for pumps and 3 No. TPN 32 A MCCB for Boilers including 3 No. 16A MCCB as spare along with suitable capcity Aluminium bus bar.
Providing fitting of following XLPE Insulated , armoured Copper. Cables for boilers, circulation pumps, gear oil pump, soft water pumps etc suitable for working voltage of 1100 volts & confirming to IS 7098 Part-I/1554 Part-I along with thimbles of required size duly crimped with hydraulic crimping tool and making of necessary connections complete. The cable is to be laid along with poles, wall surfaces (duly clamped by means by means of clamps, fasteners etc) /under ground as per site requirement.

Providing of manpower (4 No.Semi-skilled) for operation of Central Heating System at GMC Anantnag round the clock in shifts for a period of 4 months
