M & L for cleaning and clearing of underground sewage lines up to 300mm bore (including manholes by taking off manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning) of any depth by removing any type of blockage including desilting and de-chocking with combine high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes complete with required manpower and consumables (sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No/Vehicle No, etc for theier record and prior approval. (ii) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the superising staff i.e Jes and contractor's rep etc and shall kept record with date. (iii) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE , Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer.

Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage lines (including manholes by taking off manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning) of any description,any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking manually by providing Roding and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge upto 100 mm bore .

All as per item No here-in-before but upto 150 mm bore.

M&L for removing and cleaning of blockage of EWC, IWC, WHB, Urinals, floor trap, sink, Nahani traps by roding CI pipes after opening the oval access door of CI bend,CI branch pieces,soil waste pipe etc by mannual and placing the existing oval access door in original position incl removing the rubbish/sludge out side,rodding,using wire,vaccume suction as suitable and removal of waste at distance 1 km and above and depositing of the waste in a pit burried and covered with earth and refix in same position of grating with white/grey cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for cleaning flushing of chocked and desilting of out door sewage lines n. exc 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto 3 mtr. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction - cum- jetting machines fitted with pump of required requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and with any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note : (i) The service provider/ contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor , nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc alongwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (ii) Manual cleaning operation/ scavenging is probihited. (iii) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deemed to into the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising enginner including provn of water for jettting and removal of sludge/ silt/ liquid/ mud and sand ( In foul position) etc. complete all as specified. (iv) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-charge in writing with machine No/Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval. (v) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement,the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the supervising staff i.e JE's and contractor's rep etc and shall kept in record with date. (vi) (iii) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE , Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer.

Desluding of existing manholes of depth upto exc 1.0 m but n ex 3.0 mtr. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction - cum- jetting machines fitted with pump of required requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and with any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note : The mode of measurement shall be in cum by computing internal dimension of existing manholes.The depth shall be measured from bottom of manhole upto the top of liquid level. (ii) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-charge in writing with machine No/Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval. (iii) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement,the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the supervising staff i.e JE's and contractor's rep etc and shall kept in record with date. (iv) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE,Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes Double socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall in any position complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends in any position and any height of bldg complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS stack clamps made out of 50x5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, with and incl nut, bolt and washer etc, duly fixed to wall or roof by securing ends of stay, suitable for upto 160 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, granite platform etc, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar 1 : 6 straight or curved exc 6 m mean radius by using new sub class "B" old size brick etc, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 13 above but except bricks (using serviceable bricks obtained from demolition)

M&L for rendering in 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) using integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking upto 150 mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation mass concrete, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1 : 3 : 6, C-2 as in concerete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the all sides of pipe 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collers, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description

S & F 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil waste and vent pipe with cement joints fixed to wall /floor, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 75mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil waste and vent pipe with cement joints fixed to walls/floor, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F cast iron bends of any radius diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 21 above but bore 75 mm

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation, laying sewage lines or for shafts, manholes etc., not exc 10 sqmtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr depth etc and getting out excavated material, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 22 here-in-above but each additional 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr depth.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for factory made RCC drain cover with cover frame comprising of 75 mm thick cover, area of each cover slab exc 0.5 Sqm & n exc 1.00 sqm including provision of hot dip galvanized lifting hook for lifting overall cover with suitable size angle iron frame, RCC cover of M30 or higher grade concrete by vibro compression process, medium duty, confirming to IS-12592 including fixing on manhole, demolition of existing cover with cover frame and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-Charge.
