Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. (Servicable bricks shall be used obtained under Item No 1 here-in-before after thoroughly cleaning)

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 but in half brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick Walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas / parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement plastering 5mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 on cellings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over and include 1.5mm (avg thickness) wall care putty over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of celling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying 01 coat of oil bound distemper (white shade) to old surfaces of wall over & including preparation of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for pumping out water from static water tank of capacity upto 50000 Gln including clearing of weeds, mud, sand/ silt deposited at bottom by any means etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for waterproof Coating on Internal floor and wall using NITOCOTE CM 210 of FOSROC or equivalent of SIKKA/ BERGER/ Dr Fixit/ Asian Paints as approved by AGE(I), 2mm thickness as specified. The work shall be executed in the following Sequence :- (a) Surface Preparation : Surface shall be grained manual to ensure free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish for application of waterproof coating. (b) Priming: Surface shall be primed with water and wet the surfaces prior to Coating: Any excess water collection shall be removed using sponge to ensure for better bonding. (c) System: Providing and applying two coats to achieve minimum 2.0mm thickness of the waterproofing elastomeric cementations coating. System shall consist of two component polymenr modified cementations coating supplied in pre-packaged form. The product should be designed to be easily mixed at site using a slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle to apply on substrate using trowel. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0-300-0 microns at 15'C for 6,000 cycles without failure all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels. (d) Provide mechanical key : Sand shall be manually broadcast over the second coat immediately to ensure the protective layer shall be bonded to water proofed coating layer. The rates quoted for this items deemed to be inclusive of all the provisions from (a) to (d) specified here in before. NOTE: THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY AUTHORISED APPLICATOR OF THE MANUFACTURER ONLY HAVING VALID LICENCE WITH VALIDITY SIX MONTHS BEYOND DATE OF COMPLETION OF THE WORK. THE GURANTEE FOR THE WORK SHALL BE GIVEN BY THE CONTRACTROR WHO IN TURN SHALL OBTAIN THE SIMILAR GURANTEE FROM THE APPLICATOR AND SUBMIT TO THE DEPARTMENT.

Material & Labour for cutting channel, V groove n exc 15 cm girth in RCC wall and clean the surface by removing dust and unwanted material by air presure to insert nozzle for injecting cement slurry into cracks developed in the wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for treating the "V" groove by Sealing the construction joints/cracks with crack sealing cementitous material Renderoc CS of FOSROC or equivalent of SIKKA/ BERGER/ Dr Fixit/ Asian Paints as approved by AGE(I) in writing before incorporation in the work followed by providing injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture like Cebex 100 of FOSROC or equivalent of SIKKA/ BERGER/ Dr Fixit/ Asian Paints @ 225 gms. Per bag of cement or as per manufacture 's' instructions in the required consistency through the pre-fixed PVC nozzles in the 18mm dia holes @ 0.5mtr c/c fixing of PVC nozzles with renderoc plug and final cutting the projected nozzels and sealing off the PVC nozzels after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug or equivalent non-shrink rapid setting mortar compound finishing, curing etc as per manufacturers specification and as direected by Engineer-in-Chargre. THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY AUTHORISED APPLICATOR OF THE MANUFACTURER ONLY HAVING VALID LICENCE WITH VALIDITY SIX MONTHS BEYOND DATE OF COMPLETION OF THE WORK. THE GURANTEE FOR THE WORK SHALL BE GIVEN BY THE CONTRACTROR WHO IN TURN SHALL OBTAIN THE SIMILAR GURANTEE FROM THE APPLICATOR AND SUBMIT TO THE DEPARTMENT.

Material & Labour for Gola/ Coving by Providing and applying at the junction of base slab and vertical offsets with cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with Conplast x421IC of FOSROC or equivalent of SIKKA/ BERGER/ Dr Fixit/ Asian Paints as approved by AGE(I) at dosage of 125ml per bag of Cement as per manufacture's instructions at a size of 75 mm x 75 mm all as specified, as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for treating the area around Inlet/outlet pipes by cleaing the surface with wire brushng followed pressure cleaning water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles, Applying a coat of styrene-butadiene based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR of FOSROC or equivalent of SIKKA/ BERGER/ Dr Fixit/ Asian Paints as approved by AGE(I) to enhance adhesion. Packing the gap using Fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated polymer modified structural grade repair mortar: Renderoc S2 or equivalent , upto the finished wall surface whilst the Nitobond SBR or equivalent is in tacky state. Typical Properties Compressive strength at 28 days as per BS 1881 45N/mm2, completely as per the manufacture's instruction all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY AUTHORISED APPLICATOR OF THE MANUFACTURER ONLY HAVING VALID LICENCE WITH VALIDITY SIX MONTHS BEYOND DATE OF COMPLETION OF THE WORK. THE GURANTEE FOR THE WORK SHALL BE GIVEN BY THE CONTRACTROR WHO IN TURN SHALL OBTAIN THE SIMILAR GURANTEE FROM THE APPLICATOR AND SUBMIT TO THE DEPARTMENT.

Dismanting of brick tiles or terracing tiles sigle layers on roofs complete all as specifed. 1. If any lightening conductor found duing dismantling of roof tiles at site shall be carefully removed and refixed in the same position after laying of APP membrance as per direction by Engr-in-Charge. 2.No additional rate shall be paid for removal and refixing of lightening conductor to the contractor.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness incl plastering and leeping all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm thick 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY AUTHORISED APPLICATOR OF THE MANUFACTURER ONLY HAVING VALID LICENCE WITH VALIDITY SIX MONTHS BEYOND DATE OF COMPLETION OF THE WORK. THE GURANTEE FOR THE WORK SHALL BE GIVEN BY THE CONTRACTROR WHO IN TURN SHALL OBTAIN THE SIMILAR GURANTEE FROM THE APPLICATOR AND SUBMIT TO THE DEPARTMENT.

Material & Labour 40mm thick Brick tile laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 24 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note : Old serviceable bricks tiles as obtained from dismanting shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Racking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels, roofs etc complete all as specifed and directed

Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat as pavings/ Roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggreate, copings, Kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismanting of asbetos/fibers cement corruagated/semi corrugated sheet in roof covering including 'J' or 'L' hooks complete all specified.

Supply & Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI bases corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI bases plain steel sheet of 0.5mm thick, rib having tensile strength of 550 MPA and roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concreate of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for precast RCC (1:1.5:3) nominal mix, type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagate as in cover slab of ventilator in cm 1:4 complete all specified and as directed. .

Material & Labour Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
