Supply , fixing, testing and commissioning in repairs Electric driven pumping set of capacity 1980 LPM suitable for head of 100 meter (inlet/outlet ) coupled with pump set with 125 HP Motor 1440 RPM and anti vibration pads 06 Nos with 2 year normal spare parts mounted and equipped with all standard fittings all as per OEM instruction complete, all required electrical connection with suitable size of copper cable, necessary connection with suction and delivery line with required qty of nuts, bolts, washers, gasket etc and including taking down unserviceable pump and deposited to store yard of GE Guwahati (AGE E/M Basistha) complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar or equivalent make of KSB/Jyoti. Note : (i) PCC Foundation is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. (ii) Cost of nuts , bolts clip, washer thimbles lugs required to complete the job is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. Make : Kirloskar Brothers Limited complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (make :- Havells, Plaza, KEI)

M & L for Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches as cable protection of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (make - TATA, Swastik, Jindal)

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including required earth work, GI Pipe light grade of 50 mm dia as protection pipe, GI Pipe light grade 20 mm dia as watering pipe, PCC cover, funnel wire mesh, salt, charcoal etc including testing on completion complete all as specified or directed by Engr-in-Charge.
