Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers laid bedded and pointed in any mortar on roofs complete all as specified and directed. Note: Solar panels have been installed on the roof, contractor has to complete the work without disturbing the position of the solar panel.

Removing of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thicknes removed or only a part thereof)

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top of roof surfaces etc with water etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in padding over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on top of roof in CM 1:4 incl mixed with WPC(WPC shall be paid separately)

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm thick 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed flush in cement mortar (1:3) including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:3 with integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, benches and water troughs etc. including necessary moulding complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) pipe in any length complete all as specified.

S&F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR ) PIPE in any length fixed to walls and floor with and including rubber ring joint and MS clamps ..

Refixing of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR ) PIPE in any length obtained from item No 9 fixed to walls and floor with and including rubber ring joint and MS clamps ..

Taking up or down of 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore tubes, `medium grade', galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete concealed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S & F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of water tanks exc 1000 & n exc 2000 ltr capacity & removing to store all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

S&F 1000 ltr Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I 1000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggretgate, as in base for placing in position PVC tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not oth-erwise provided for.

S&F framed work such as in ladders works ; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed .

Material & labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified or directed .

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified or directed .
