Distempring 2 coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British, 'Shalimar asian paint after throughtly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other froeign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. but for every coat on previous old distempered surface. (Chap. 15, S.No. 651)

12 mm thick plaster with 1 part of cement and 3 part ofcoarse sand over brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Chap. 13, S.No. 583)

Providing wall putty on old surface with approvel quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or Similar make 2 coates. (Chap. 15, New Item, S.no. 12)
