Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part 1) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tube well, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Finishing wall with acrylic smoth exerior of required shade on outer surface of R.C.C. work with primer coat of white cement based putty of average thickness 1.0mm of approved brand to prepare with surface even and smooth complete.

Providing & fixing in position Overhead Gantry Structure (Span Size 15.86m) for signage made out of 350NB MS pipe Vertical and Horizontal 250NB vertical Pipe welded with 350NB vertical Pipe i/c sign board frame of Ms hollow section 50x50x3.6mm with necessary base plate, stiffeners & gusset plates, bends, nut bolts as required as per approved drawing. The size of raft will be 4000x1500x500mm RMC M-25 in RCC and column size 2100x900x2100mm of M-25 RMC in RCC over base concrete of 1:4:8 of 0.10m thick with all necessary reinforcement. The structure shall be vertically hoisted and erected in three level & plumbs with the help of crane. all steel work shall be enamel painted including all complete labour, overheads, and T&P required for completion of Work.

Providing & fixing in position Guide MAP Structures (Size 6.100x6.100m) for signage’s madeout of ISMC150x75mm Vertical post i/c sign board frame of Ms hollow section 96x48x4mm and25x25x2mm diagonal Bracing necessary base plate, stiffeners & gusset plates, bends nut bolts as required as per approved drawing. the size of raft will be 1200x1200x300mm RMC M-25 in RCC and column size 900x900x1650mm of M-25 RMC in RCC over base concrete of 4:10 of 0.10m thick with all necessary reinforcement the structure shall be vertically hoisted and erected in three level & plumbs with the help of crane all steel work shall be enamel painted including all complete labour, overheads, T&P required for completion of Work.

Providing, installing and fixing retro-reflective Both Sided Signboards (size15.86x2.44mx2side) comprising of aluminum composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PVDF coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm. The ACP shall be fixed with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center of the frame. On the front face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet (Avery Dennison/3M) conforming to Type-IX of ASTM: D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet (In white colour) which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired road sign and information message. The rate shall included all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Only front area of the board shall be measured for payment. (All structural steel work, Pipe Frame shall be paid for separately under item No-1)

Fabrication and installation of information of stainless steel road signage (Place Name Board size 1830x1220mm double side) as per approved drawing frame structure and support shall be made of stainless steel SS-304 in brushed finished sections including satin finished and fitting of approved make. 2nos vertical post shall be made with 76mm OD 4mm thick pipe with caps total effective height of 4334mm installed with 2no. Squire stainless Steel base plates of size 250x250x8mm having reciepable box and triangular structural support with 4nos ribs plate of size 50x10x8mm grouted PCC 1:5:10 & CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Footing size 500x500x850mm as per approved drawing. Boards frame of size1320x1930mm shall be made of horizontal SS pipe bar of outer dia 31.8mm 1.2mm thick. SS rectangular pipe of size 25x12x1.2mm thick shall be welded and routed through 31.8 od pipe internally for fixing of the sign boards size 1220x1830mm using micro prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting type-XI (3m/Avery Dennision Brand) conforming to ASTM D-4956 specifications pasted on 3mm ACM sheet with letters symbols, logo etc. on electrocute overlay film of desired color. the sign plate shall be fixed on the theses frame with the help of 25mm VHB tape 24mm wide double gum tape complete the rates included all SS structure, grouting in CC block, labour T & P Complete as per approved drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .
