SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF QTY 02 x UG FORCE PRESERVATION BUNKER HSPR

The bidder is required to quote itemwise price for the work listed in the BOQ document individually and the total cost of all the items would be taken for deriving the L1 bidder.

Precast RCC HSPR boxes for force preservation bunker. HSPR Box are to be factory made (Wet Cast technology) RCC Box Segments of size 2 X 1 X 3 m (Internal dimensions). Precast box segments shall consist of high strength reinforced cement concrete duly steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 40 grade Cement shall be of Gr. 53 as per IS: 12269 and TMT steel reinforcement bar of Grade Fe-500D/ 550D as per IS: 1786. Provision of stairs both side made of 200 x 200 x 400 mm PCC blocks 116 Nos with 300 mm Thread & 200 mm Riser, 15 steps, 1mtr wide alongwith covering the stairs roof area with Pre-cast RCC slabs 200 mm to cover the stairs area. Detailed specifications given as per Appx 'A' and as per drawing att. Overall internal size of the structure shall be 12 m x 2 m, ht 3 m FL to bottom of roof slab. (i) Type-A: HSPR Box will be of standard size 2 X 1 X 3 m (Internal Dimensions) alongwith provide pre-finished Bitumen surface roll to covered the roof surface rate included in item rate.

Provn of Two double-panel mild steel (MS) doors, each measuring 2.0 meters in width and 3.0 meters in height, with frame incl two coats of enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with 2 X hydraulic door closer (for each door) as per drawing att, shall be provided at each entrance Doors shall be complete with all necessary hardware, fittings, and finished with appropriate painting and protective coating. The outer frame & diagonal bracings to be fabricated out of ISA 50x50x6mm. 1mm thick MS sheet to be usedfor used for door shutter area, neccesary MS mongery should be used. 02 nos of ventilators shall be fitted in suitable position/Opening. Detailed specifications given as per Appx 'B' and as per drawing att. .

Provn of random rubble retaining wall 3.00 mtr height, 15 mtr in length on both sides of each Opening of the structure (Total 2 Nos - i e Total 30 Rm). Detailed Specification as per Appx 'C' and list of constr mtrl as per Annx -II.

Constr of Precast RCC hume pipe drain, half round, 300mm dia, NP4 with male and female end having length 1.00 mtr, 8mtr in length on both sides of each Opening of the structure (Total 17 m) all as specified and directed. Detailed specifications given as per Appx 'D' and store list as per Annx - III.

Provn of 9.6 Sqm Hard Standing/Approach road (02 x 2.40 M x 2.0M one each side of opening). Details of Tech Specification as per Appx 'E' and store list att at Annx 'IV'.

Provn of Painting of internal HSPR area first coat water proof POP, Second coat painting with camouflage design of colour black, orange and green complete all as directed.(Make : Asian/Berger/Nerolac)
