Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 37.5 mm thick BUSG in one layers applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen /10 sqm, using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size H.G. metal & 0.12 cum of 12mm size h.g. chips for 10 sqm . etc. complete.

Providing & applying tack coat over the bituminous surface with bitumen boiler fitted with spray set using 0.20Kg / Sqm. area including clearing the surface etc. complete for finished item of work induding cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P, all other matermls required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Costruction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads & lifts transporting to site by mechanical means with a leads of 5 km spreading grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement etc complete.
