Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation,grass,brush wood,trees and saplings upto girth of 30 cms measured at aheight of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by manual means for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 M including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 M from the cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Supply of precast cement conc. poles of size 75mmx75mmx1800mm (including all Mechanical/Manual Transport/leads to working site)

Erecting/fixing c.conc. Poles in position with lifting to site.Qty vide item no.9

Fencing with R.C.C post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only. Provided with 5 horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 mtrs (Minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I poles on wooden plugs or G.J binding wire tied to 6mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post cost of R.C.C posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) Payment to be made per meter 10fcost of total length of barbed wire used with G.I barbed wire.
