(operation, routine maintenance & comprehensive maintenance) (b)M.V panel, L.T.Panel, power factor correction panel, Emergency panel, various breakers & switches. (operation, routine maintenance & comprehensive maintenance) (c) Sump pumps, Borewell/ Submersible pumps, Drinking Water/ Building water supply Pumps. (only operation, routine maintenance & comprehensive maintenance) U.P.S. (only operation) (d)U.P.S. (only operation) (e)Cables, Earthing (routine maintenance & preventive maintenance) (f)Engine Alternator set with cooling system,AMF panel & earthing.(only operation) (g)Compound Lights. (operation, routine maintenance & comprehensive maintenance) (h)Fire detection and alarm system with/without PA System i/c batteries. (only operation) (i)Fire-extinguishers. (only operation) (j)Split/Window/Ductable/Package AC units. (only operation) k) Rescue operation of lifts. NOTE: 1)Any alteration (addition/deletion) in the services listed above shall be as per site requirements. Nothing extra shall be paid or deducted on this account. 2)The rates shall be quoted excluding GST.GST Shall be paid extra as applicable. 3)The site will be handed-over with all services on ‘AS IS WHERE IS’ basis. Agency shall have to make the equipment operational at own cost. No claim of the agency shall be entertained for making the equipment/service operational. | |||||
