PUMP CHAMBER

Construction of Pump Chamber size 3.05 m x 3.70m without gravel pit but including electric wiring as per DWSS standard design and analysis complete in all respects. Extra for provision for Sanitary Latrine in pump chamber for foundation and plinth of WC rooms including flooring ,PVC pipes , Junction Box , 1 No. Leach Pit , Super structure WC room etc.

PUMPING MACHINERY

C.I.FITTING INSIDE PUMP CHAMBER

Providing & Installing 100 mm dia delivery main (from Tube-well to duck foot bend including cost of C.I.D/F Pipes, D/F Sluice Valves, D/F Non Return Valve & Specials as C.I. Bends, Tail Piece Tees, Pressure gauge, Air Valve,,V notch haudi etc. inside the Pump chamber as per DWSS standard design and analysis complete in all respects. Disinfection Unit:

Providing Installing testing and commissioning and one no. electronically actuated, diaphragm operated, metering system, chemical dosing chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 6 leter of bleaching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hrs under maximum deliver pressure upto 7kg/cm2 and suction left not less than 1.5 meter. (Milton roy or Equivalent make)

RCC OHSR

Constructing one No. of 50 KL 50000 ltr litres Capacity with sill level not less than 17 m height upto FSL 20 mtr from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No.3. Providing and fixing D.I. K-9 D/F expansion joints latest bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing. Duck foot bends, Conforming to ISI - 13382 and C.I/D.I. D/F sluice Valve duly ISI marked (IS-14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes, including providing and installing inlet, outlet scour pipe and overflow DI double flanged pressure pipes DI K-9 horizontally cast in sand moulds as per IS 8329-2000 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. TMT steel & painting of all complete shall be included in cost & P/F aluminium leader inside the OHSR complete in all respect as per specifications. (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of sail is less than 8.75 tone per Sqm. The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. DEVELOPMENT OF WATER WORKS SITE.

Providing & fixing 1.2mtr high fencing around the head works site with 1.65 meter post, placed every 2.5 meters apart, embedded in cement concrete blocks and every tenth post to be strutted with three rows of G.I. Barbed wire weighing 9.34 Kg per 100 meters (minimum) and fixing with GI staples tied to 6mm bar nib, with binding wire or by providing cut, including drilling holes in the post, including cost of posts, winding wire, strutted earth work in the post & aluminum painting complete in all respects as per DWSS standard Drawing and analysis.

Providing and Fixing precast pre-stressed cement concrete fencing pole M-40 by 4 Nos. parallel high tensile entwined wire (ISI marked wire 4 mm dia fencing pole size at bottom 4" x 4", size top 3" x 4",Lenght 6ft, hooks 6 No. including cost of excavation, sand filling and erection complete in all respects.
