Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying cable/pole foundation/stay assembly and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified.

Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point all as specified.

Material and labour for laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old size dried complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE LT Cable of size 120 Sq mm 3½ core insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminum multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid separately in respective items here- in- before.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road/ hard standing/PCC path/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate up to existing surface level or removing any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for along wall/pole GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including taking down old U/S pipe complete all as specified and directed .-

Material and labour in repair to Pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 50 mm height 65 mm dia for 550 volts grade complete.

Material and labour for repairs End jointing kit suitable for LT UG cable of size 3½ core 25 to 50 sqmm UG cable including testing complete as specified .

Servicing to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes comprising MCCBs/change over switches metering eqpt etc. as incoming/outgoing controls including cleaning, greasing the hinges, locking arrangement, checking the serviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts replacing the worn-out fastners, insulators, rubber door beadings, gaskets etc all as directed Note:- (1) Unserviceable parts replaced if any shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Removing the existing hinges by cutting and supply and fixing of new hinges all as per existing size

Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc, after taking out the old unserviceable wiring all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip of size 25x4 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs including taking down old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement Painting of PCC pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of cement colour after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket to painted with on coat of Aluminium paint. Cement colour will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms Each) Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches of any size resting/interrupting the LT over head line any number of conductors span length between 45 to 50 M cutting clearing 2 m all around the conductor and removing the tree branches from site all as directed

Supply and fix in repair the MCCB of capacity 40 A to 63 A, 415 Volts 4 pole with braking capacity 16KA - in LT panel boards / feeder pillar boxes including disconnecting and removing existing from electric connection including necessary connected fastners, burnt cables, accessories like spreader ,cages etc all as per site requirement/existing make/model, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting out the burnt out existing cable and reconnecting by providing new lugs, tapes etc for cable up to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - Excavation work for use to loop of existing cable shall be includes in quoted rates.

All as per item No 53 above but for cable of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm.

Supply and fixing in replacement, sheet metal enclosure distribution box double door type suitable for MCCB 4 way TPN 415 volts vertical type 4 pole fixed flush type to wall, including 200 Amps bus bar, neutral bar standard DIN rail ,earth bar and cable tier for cable arrangement top and bottom removable gland plate and suitable for 160 Amp MCCB complete all as specified.

Dismantling & taking pole/struts complete and removal from site complete all as specified

Supplying, transporting, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged welded pole of over all height 9.00 m long complete type 410-SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III 1998 with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug cap, bolt, nut and washer etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Pole up to 1.5 m top of copping shall be painted with 2 coats of black and white strips alternate 30cm each over one coat of red oxide primer (iii) Steel tubular pole above 1.5 m shall be painted with 2 coats of alu paint over a coat of red oxide primer the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or as size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.
