Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,Light jungle ,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking old metalled / BT surface upto 10cm thick as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying tack coat over Un Primed WMB/ WMM surface at 7Kg of SS-1 per 10 Sqm. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Applying tack coat over Un Primed WMB/ WMM surface at 2.5Kg / 10 Sqm. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) based on Job Mix Formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving Bitumen 60/70 penetration grade (IS : 73) and aggregates conforming to grading 2 of Table 500 - 15 of MORT& H specifications and BC shall be laid using sensor paver finisher to the required level, grade and compacting to atleast 98% of laboratory Marshall density as per clause 508 of MORT&H Specifications with all leads & lifts etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and Laying of Hot Appplied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass Beeds @250Grams per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm exclussive of surface applied gless Beeds as per irc 35 the finished surface to be level ,uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH Specification No 803
