Demolishing of Reinforced Cement Conc manually, including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mts lead (cracked & damaged).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead in 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Demolishing brick work manually /by mechanical means, including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mts lead (cracked & damaged). (In cement mortar). including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Removing mortar from bricks & cleaning bricks, including stacking with in a lead of 50 mts. (Stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured). from brick work in cement mortar. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding C/o centring and shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 course sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) in beams, suspended floors, roofs, walls, staircases, columns, pillars, Piers, Posts struts, lintels etc upto floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for suspended floors, roofs, landings balconies and access platforms.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patches in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all carriages and cost of material involved.(1:4) Mix (1 cement : 4 course sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and applying wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Apex) to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. (Exterior)

12mm/ 15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Dismantling of door, window, ventilators, shutters including chowkatswith frames ( including making surfaces good of the after taking out frames and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material complete.(Steel or wood)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters of deodar wood, using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1:4mm with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or / and black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors/ windows/ clerestory windows using 10kg/ sqm 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 35mm thick 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled MS butt hinges including 3.5mm thick glazing with necessary screws including paneling with 12mm thick water proof ply and cornice beading etc all complete as per directions of EIC. 2nd class Deodar wood (35mm thick).

Providing and fixing of paneling in paneled shutters with plywood 7 ply 9mm thick including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood and wood based surface. (New work)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour to give smooth finish with (two or more coats) complete. (New work)

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of Ist quality conforming to IS:13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, grey, fume Red,brown laid on 20mm thick be bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete incl. all carriage and costs of material involved.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slury @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of material.

P/ laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. including all carriages and costs of material involved size (60cmx60cm)

Waterproofing of all surfaces cleaning the surface with wire brush to make the surface free from all loose particles, dust, etc, then Repairing/making the corner fillets (i.e Gola ) with Dr, Fixit Pidicrete Urp 301 waterproofing compound in cement and sand mortar in the ratio of 5ltr.Urp : 1 cement : 4 sand. Then applying one coat of Dr. Fixit Tourch shield Primer or Equivalent with brush over the surface prepared for waterproofing. After primer coat Dr. Fixit Tourch shield membrane 3160 (3 mm thick) or equivalent is layed over all horizontal and vertical surfaces prepared with tourching and sealing of overlapped joints ( Min. overlap of joints = 100 mm).and then properly the membrane waterproofing coat with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 mixed with water prompts compound as directed by EIC. The rates including cost and carriage of all material involved complete Job.

Disposal of mulba ( carried out from dismantling) outside the municipal limit including loading unloading complete Job.
