Construction of Apron at Jammu Airport. Sub Head SITC of Trolley Gate Recall

SH-I: SITC OF TROLLEY GATES, PANELS:

Design, fabrication, supply, installation ,testing and commissioning of Centrally/ Symetrical/ asymetrical Sliding type M.S.Trolly Gate by carrying out following fabrication works complete as required. The scope also includes supply of all material required. (Civil work is not included) The M.S material used sh

all be as per respective IS codes, ISI marked and as per the preferred makes. The gate shall have clear opening of 59 Meters & 5 meter setback at opening end with height 2.90 mtrs and 1.5 meter setback at closing end between both taxiway with height 1.6 mtrs (max.) respectively from finished floor level (height includes height of wheels, gate frame and concertina wire (not exceeding 450 mm) above gate frame). The Horizontal Base Frame shall be made of MS hollow sections of Size 200mm x 100mm x 5mm thick & Vertical frames shall be made of MS hollow sections of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 3.5 mm thick with side supports of suitable MS hollow sections of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 3.5 mm thick at both ends (height of frame shall be 3.20 mtr. for setback 05 mtr. at initial position and also at rear position of gate opening & height 1.6 mtr. for setback 1.5 mtr.at closed position of gate between both taxiway) and on top for concertina Wire, Weld mesh panels made of Galvanzed MS wire to be provided (Mesh wire - Diameter 4.0 mm, Tensile Strength of minimum 550 N/sq.mm, Wire specification as per IS 280 & Wire Galavnising as per IS 4826) having mesh size 76.2 mm X 12.7 mm (WxH, +/- 2 mm). The average weld shear strength of 4 welds taken in random not less than 50% of breaking stength of the smallest wire. Suitable shock absorption system to be included at end post. The gate shall be provided with suitable wheels for less noise operation. The bearings used shall be of reputed make or as recommended by the OEM. The overall dia of wheels shall not exceed 200 mm dia. A suitable support structure of not less than 4 meters to be provisioned at the begining of gate and similar appropriate structure to be provisioned at the end of gate (while open completly) to provide support to moving part of gate with minimum friction. Painting of gate with approved color & make of synthetic enamel paint by applying 2 coats and one coat of red oxide Primer complete as required. (all material as per AAI approved make list). NOTE:- 1. The successfull bidder has to submit the detailed drawing of structure, it's tentative weight and only after approval from AAI bidder will start the fabrication. 2. Total two trolley gate are to be provided as per drawing.

MS bottom wheel for item no. 2.01. {12 Set (pair) per trolley gate}

Providing & Fixing solid round bar of size 40 mm dia in MS U channel of size 100 mm X 50 mm X 5 mm complete as required suitable for item no. 2.01 as required in the existing Taxiway/ concrete base etc complete as required.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of PLC based 5 HP (minimum) Motarized automation system suitable for operation of sliding gate having approx weight upto 10000 kg (of one leaf) as per enclosed particular specifications. The drive shall be suitable for operation on single phase / 3 phase power supply system (230/415 + -10 % volts) and suitable to drive the required load smoothly complete as required as per enclosed particular specifications. Foundation/ Frame work for installation of motor , starter panel with safety devices / Relays is also included in the scope. Four no. LED based flash light shall be installed over the gate. Radium reflector to be provided in each gate written as "STOP" with suitable nos ( not less than 8 nos) and Sizes of font not less than 300 mm complete as required. (PLC based 5 HP (minimum) Motarized automation system shall be 02 nos. working + 02 Nos. Stand By) (As per AAI approved make)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of dust and vermin proof outdoor type Double door, floor mounted, Compartemetallised, cubical type panel board, fabricated out of 2 mm thick cold rold sheet steel, free standing & totally enclosed, weather proof / dust proff/ vermin proof with bottom cable entries & cable alleys. The board shall be suitable for operation 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, A.C Supply and with busbars and following switchgear, instrumentation, protective devices and complete with connections, interconnections, earthing, painting (powder coated) and marking etc. completed as required. Complete in all respect as per CPWD specification with following in coming and Outgoings and enclosure protection class IP 65 as required (As per AAI approved make): 1 -INCOMING: 63 A, FP, MCCB, 35/36 KA (Ics = 100%Icu) with thermal release -02 nos. 2 -OUTGOING: a) 40 A, 25 kA, 4 pole, MCCB (Ics = 100%Icu) with thermal release -02 nos. (b) 63 A, FP, D curve MCB- 02 Nos. (c) 32 A, FP, D curve MCB- 02 Nos. 3- Local operation- gate shall be operated from said panel locally ( for open,close & stop command) with all possible logic for operation of 02 Nos. of working and 02 Nos. of Stand By Motors. 4 - Remote Operation- Suitable provision shall be made in the panel for remote operation of the gates upto the distance of 500 Mtrs 5 - Bus Bar- 160 A Al. Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required (As per AAI approved make):. 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Providing, laying and fixing 100 mm dia G.I pipe (medium class) im ground complete with G.I fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc complete as required (As per AAI approved make):.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5 mm long x 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. (with charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I wire in 15 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I thimble excavation and refilling as required.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SH-III: AICMC of Sliding M.S Trolly Gate

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the entire trolly gate system includes gates, automation system with drives, electrical panels, wheels, bearings, chain sprouket / gear system, bottom track as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance (Quarterly Visit) and breakdown maintenance as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the original equipment manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge & Oiling, greasing & replacement of wornment / defective part (if required) and painting of trolley gate on yearly basis is also included in the scope of agency as per terms and conditions specified in special conditions of contract.

For First year after defect liability period of 02 years @ 5.00% (of Item no. 04 to 06 of SH-I)

For Second year @ 5.25% (of Item no. 04 to 06 of SH-I)

For Third year @ 5.51% (of Item no.04 to 06 of SH-I)

For Fourth year @ 5.78% (of Item no. 04 to 06 of SH-I)

For Fifth year @ 6.07% (of Item no.04 to 06 of SH-I)

SH-IV: Civil Works

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for a) Foundations, footing, base of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level a) Concrete of M40 grade with minimum cement content of 390 kg/cum

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing Structural design and structural drawings i/c good for construction drawing of the foundation work based on the preliminary drawings attached in tender document and direction of the EIC. The soil bearing capacity shall be provided by Airports Authority of India. The structural design & drawing shall be got duly vetted by Govt. Engg. College/IIT/NIT. Agency should submit each drawings in triplicate set mentioning "Good for construction" after vetting. Agency has to assure visit of the consultant during the execution as required by the EIC in the interest of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The decision of the EIC shall be final in this regard.
