All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract for Fire Hydrant system and fire Fighting System including preventive and corrective maintenance as per OEM by carrying out periodical inspection, testing and health check of the system, attending breakdown calls, checking and replacing of all defective items/parts of system consist of Fire LT Panel, Electric driven main fire pump, Diesel engine driven pump(Including DG B-Check as per OEM) ,Booster pump, Jockey pump (Including Servicing of all pumps through OEM or its authorized dealer), Diesel engines Battery, Battery panel, Sprinkler system ,Valves, pressure switches etc as per attached inventory vide Annexure-3 through OEM / its authorized delar complete as per site requirement and AAI Special Condition of contract and as per direction of E-I-C.

Engaging 01 Semi-skilled manpower to lookafter and supervise the all inclusive comprehensive maintenence of installations as detailed in item 1to3 above including all necessary co-ordinations for maintenance, attending breakdown, maintaining serviceability of the installations on all days including holidays (General shift) excluiding W/off. W/off shall be as decided by Engineer-in-charge.
