Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soil (excluding soil containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size, saturated soil and rock), lift upto 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required, into plinth sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50m.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shutteringin. a) Foundation and plinth.
Reinforcement of RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and bending all complete. b) TMT steel

12mm cement plaster of mixed. a) 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
Providing and fixing 90 mtr. Height barbed wire fencing with 90 m. long MS angle iron post 50 x 50 x 6 mm size of standard design placed every 3.00 m with GI wire and staining bolts including cost of making holes to the angle iron posts.
Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.
Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.
Breast wall of 3.80 mtr height (30.00 mtrs)
