Dismantling of existing structures like culverts,bridges,retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonary, cement concrete, wood work,steel work,including T&P and scaffolding whereever necessary sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the seviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per technical specification clause 202.(I)By manual means.(B) Cement concrete

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Excavation in cutting in Soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m - Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual should be use where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.(i) Private Land

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(ii) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(A) By Manual Means

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(A) By Manual Means

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 including carriage. a) Including Edge block/Edge restraints

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixedwith bituminous binder@ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. ( including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratoryas directed by the deptt.)(b) With rock dust as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification)(B)with Polymer modified bitumen-70 (ii) for Grading-II(19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading 60/70, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect.( including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)( C )With hydrated lime / cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982( MoSRT&H specification)(ii)with Polymer modified bitumen 70, (ii) for Grading-II(13 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC-8-1980 fixing in position including painting and printing etc.(iii) 200 meter stone(Pre-cast)

RCC guard post- Supplying,fitting and fixing RCC guard post size 15 cm dia,150cmlong,75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground, with 4-12mm Tor steel main steel and 6mm MS stirrups at 30cm c/c tied inposition with annealed black wire, cement concrete proportin 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size including centering,moulding the top.curing,paintedblack and white alternately in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top having reflective band 2 nos. of desired shade etc. as per design and direction complete.15 cm dia with 4-12mmTor bar(b) 15cm dia RCC guard post with reinforcement of 4-nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.
