Repair to 12000 GPH x 40 meter head low speed split casing raw water with HC pump set with 15 KW motor alongwith 70 ampere LT control panel along with allied works at WSS Thanova Swail way of disconnecting of all electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, carrying pump-motor set from pumping station to road side by way of head load carriage and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Dismantling pumpset and washing and cleaning of parts with thinner and Providing and fitting of new bearings as per old sample by removing the rusted bearings. providing and fitting of new gland packing, coupling bolts.Carriage of pump set back to pumping station by using manual labour tools and tackles and mechanical transport . Job further includes complete impregnation of 20 HP motor by cleaning, varnishing and replacing rusted bearing as per sample. Coupling pump motor set and making proper alignment and testing the pump set on load at site. Job further includes repair to 70 ampere LT control panel. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. The job involves replacement of damaged mccb, motor protection relay and replacement of rusted contactor kit of 70 ampere 3 pole power contactors-2no., voltmeter, amperemeter, CTs and fuse set with new corresponding components conforming to same rating and specifications. Making of the complete internal control wiring afresh with flexible PVC copper wire of appropriate rating with proper thimbling. Testing of pump at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges including to and fro carriage / loading / unloading charges.

Repair to 150 KVA voltage stabilizer at WSS Thanova Swail stage-0 by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and making temporary arrangement for running of system. Dragging the stabilizer outside the pump room by deploying manual labour and with the help of tools tackles. Shifting of voltage stabilizer to workshop Unfastening of nuts bolts and opening the top cover and then dismantling of complete unit by way of chain pulley block, tripod stand to draw out 03 no. coils and shifting to workshop. Servicing of 03 nos. coils with cleaning, heating and varnishing and shifting back to site. Filling of 250 liters transformer oil in the voltage stabilizer. Replacement of voltmeter, ampere meter, selector switches and rotary switches-3nos. Lowering the internal assembly inside the chamber and closing the top cover. Providing and fitting of 300 ampere Bus bar and 250 ampere, 50 KA MCCB on wall of pump room. Making aluminum cable connections upto Bus bar and suitable rating copper cable from bus bar to MCCB and voltage stabilizer. Making all incoming and outgoing electrical connections. Testing the stabilizer on no load at least for 6 hours and then on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. (complete Job).
