Disconnecting of the 63 KVA electric transformer from the input and output connections, loading of the electric transformer from its installed position by using crane and then trough fields to roadside and then to workshop by using transport vehicle. Dismantling of the 63 KVA transformer at workshop by way of extracting out the damaged coil, LT bushes, HT bushes, damaged insulator, rubber gasket, nuts and bolts. Complete rewinding of HV coils and reconditioning of LV coils using superior quality insulating material. Providing and fitting of LT and HT bushes rod sets, new insulator, rubber gasket, nuts and bolts, new aluminum thimbles for LT Cables, lowering of the coils inside the sump of the transformer. Refitting of the top cover providing/ filling of T-oil in sump, new 90 ltrs T-oil. Testing the continuity of each phase and secure all connection. Shifting back of repaired electric transformer at site, unloading and installed at site with crane and carriage to site of installation, connecting of HT and LT supply. The job includes the cost of materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, testing and installation, tools and tackles used during the execution of job.

Repair to 40 Hp motor by dismantling of motor from base frame and pump and then carriage of motor from Lift irrigation station to road side with skilled manual labour and carriage to motor to workshop for repairs by way of extracting out damaged winding manually and cleaning of slots ,then rewinding by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Varnishing after rewinding of stator and repairs to rotor by way of welding, turning and finishing to required size. Providing two number bearings 6312 on DE and NDE side, bearing plates 2 No ,end terminals and bolts etc. Assembling of motor and carriage to site and then installation of motor at lift irrigation station with pump. Testing of motor on no load and full load. The firm should quote rate including rebate on old copper scrap. Complete Job.

Repair to electric transformer of LIS Kothey Kalyana old along with allied works

Repairs to 100 KVA electric transformer installed at LIS Kothey kalyana old by way insolating of transformer from 11 KV HT supply, removing of HT cables and LT cables from the transformer. Lifting of transformer from installed position using long boom crane and carriage of transformer to road side about 500 meters from the lift irrigation station (through fields). Shifting of transformer to workshop for repairs. Completely dismantling the transformer after removing the top cover of transformer and extracting out the damaged LV and HV coils form the oil tank. Complete rewinding of HV coils and reconditioning of LV coils using superior quality insulating material. Providing and fitting of 4 no’s LV bushes, 3 no’s HV bushes, LV bush rod 4 no’s, HV bush rod 3 no’s, gasket set and nuts and bolts. Repairs to the core of transformer by replacing the flashed core material. Heating of assembled coils in oven for proper hot air process and to get required meager value. Repair to oil tank by welding to make the oil tank leak proof and air tight. Lowering the assembled coils in oil tank. Filtering of existing transformer oil and topping up with 100 liters of fresh transformer oil. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, cost of oil, welding charges.
