Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size width 1.20 m x 1.00 m height consist of Skin plate made out of 8 mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 x 50 mm RSJ at an interval not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100 x 50 mm MS channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10 mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 20mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly heavy duty with hexagonal nut(approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Supplying and fixing of PVC pipe 110 mm dia (4Kg/cm2) for weep holes provide in the wing walls of either side etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and Fixing for Handrails arrangement to made by vertical Posts to 1.25 height on both side up of 65*65*6 mm mild steel angle fixed at an interval of 1.00m the horizontal barricades made up of 1" dia GI - B class pipe at an interval of 0.30 m fixed to the vertical Post. The angle cutting to the repaid sizes and straightening to vertical. The angle should be drilled for 25mm dia by drilling machine at an interval of 0.30m and G.I pipe is to cut to appropriate length by using cutting machine at work shop. The angle and pipes conveyed from the work shop to work site by using Lorries and unloaded at site of work. The angle is to be fixed on the top of platform in vertical position and welded with welding machine operated with power generator. The GI pipes is be fixed through the holes providing in the angle and extended with GI specials. The GI pipes is welded at all holes rigidly with cover electrodes inner side of protection arrangements. The cost includes, cost of all materials, process charges like gas cutting, welding etc., labour charges for loading, unloading and fitting hire charges for generator etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality over the existing primary coat in all floor including the cost of paint etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the work).
