Complete Maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. Lawn, Trees, Shrubs, Hedges, flower beds, foliage, creepers, etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover, and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, testicide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth & menure and maintanance of other garden related works as directed by office in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, manure, Fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. Lawn & shrubbery area = 11493.48 Sqm x 12 Months = 137921.76 Sqm (As per yard stick one mali for 1 acre)
Complete Maintenance of Woodland area i.e trees, shrubs, hedges and making of thamla etc. and removal of all weeds, watering, clipping of hedges and spreading of CDM once/twice in a year as per reuirement and removal of garden rubbish from the premises, including application of fertilizer and insecticide/pesticide/fungicides accordingly to the reuirement and as per direction of officer-in-charge at site (excluding the cost of materials which shall be supplied by the department or shall paid seperately.) Woodland area = 7001.31 Sqm x 12 Months = 84015.72 Sqm (As per yard stick one mali for 8 acre)
Cleaning and sweeping of path area and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method/manually, remove litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin/designated place, as per direction of officer-in-charge (All T&P, materials/ articles shall be provided by the contractor) Sweeping area = 1333.6 Sqm = 1333.6 Sqm x 12 Months = 16003.2 Sqm (As per yard stick one sweeper for 1.5 acre)
