Supply and erection of 4x16 sqmm PVC insulated multistrind copper cable for main supply from pole to ICTPN inside the room.

Supply and fixing of ICTPN (three phase neutral) 415 Volt 63 amps.

Supply and fixing of ICTPN (three phase neutral) 415 Volt 100 amps.

Supply and fixing ICDP 32 amps, 240V for shift fitter rooms and office.

Supplying and fixing 25 amp double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required (for light on off purpose) one for entire shed and other for canteen and office periphery.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 / 415 volts, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required. Double Pole.

Providing and fixing of sheet steel, MCB enclosure box on surface with screw and sleeves for DP RCCB 25 Amp 30mA

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group A

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180 mm X 100 mm X 60 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 and 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required (for light plugs).

Supplying and fixing metal box of 150 mm X 75 mm X 60 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc.

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc as required

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch / socket on the existing switch box / cover including connections etc as required. 5/6 amps switch

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box / wooden block including connection etc as required.

Providing and fixing of 6 pin 15/16 amps outlet in existing board and cover and connection as required.

Providing and fixing of 15/16 amps switch in existing board and cover and connection as required.

Supplying and fixing brass batten / angle holder including connection etc as required.

Wiring for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 x 2.5 sq. mm + 1 x 2.25 sq. mm earth wire.

Providing and fixing 100 Amp MCCB, 16KA, 3 Pole for welding M/c and lathe

Providing and fixing of 3 pin/5 pin socket outlet on the existing switch box / cover including connections. 5/6 amp

Wiring for light / power plug with 2x4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. 2x4 sq.mm +1x4 sq.mm

Providing and fixing of lighting arrestor on workshop shade canteen and Excv. Office (04 Sets)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtrs long etc etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.
