Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls

a) A.C. sheet roof without roof timbers

b) Brick / Stone Masonry in cement mortar walls

c) Dismantling RCC

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.,in a complete complying with standard specifications.

a) Upto 8.00m height

b) Above 8.00m and upto 10.50m height

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

a) Above 7.50m to 10.50m height

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement Two Sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering but including laying, vibrating using mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc.., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

a) Above 7.50m to 10.50m height

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel rods for all RCC works as per the design given including bending type and cost of binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Providing formwork for centering the soffits of all R.C.C. works centering, shutter charges up to 3m height with M.S.sheets 0.90 x 0.60 M 10mm gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size and removing the formwork after necessary curing period etc., complete complying with standard specification.

a) For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.,

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Roofing with TCT colour coated Galvalume sheet will be anchored with J or U bolts of size 6mm dia and nuts of suitable length according to the existing purlin with 1.60mm thick bitumen washer with necessary hilt bolts and GI washer etc.The roofing sheets is 0.47 mm with 150 GSM,TCT colour coated Galvalume. The rate is inclusive of the scrap value of removed existing old AC sheet of size 3.00m / 1.75M / 1.50M/ 2.25M of 1m width including cost of all materials, labour transporting conveyance etc., complete complying with standard specification. The contractor has to take over the old AC sheets on buy back policy. (The Manufacturers certificate should be produced and got approved by the Engineer Incharge before erection at site)

Supplying and fixing in position the Galvalume sheet 26g thick size 8'x4' over existing dispositioned AC sheet ridges with 6" over lap of each 8'x4' sheet to end to end by keeping 2" on either side ridge portion including the cost of J bolts.complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing corrugated PolyCarbonate Sheet of size 3.00mx1.06m of 6mm thickness on the roof in between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, etc. including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers

Providing anchorage arrangements to the ridge sheet using with M.S. flat of size 40mm x 6mm including cost of Materials like MS flat, 'J' or 'L' bolt and labour charges for cutting, drilling and fitting etc., Complete complying with standard Specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting old iron works such as Truss, J.bolt, nuts, baseplate, purlins etc., with two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint complete including cost of scrapping charges complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats over old walls with thorough scrapping and using freshly burnt white shell lime including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
