Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, laying of pipelines etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of over head reservoir internally from base to top including scraping the mud silt from base and walls, washing the complete internal surfaces with bleaching powder, antibacterial sodium hypochlorite solution to inner surface with clean water, removing the silt/mud water out side the tank and desilting from connecting pipes and applying internally one coat of lime wash to RCC walls, base of tanks of 5000 gallons upto 30 mtrs staging complete & writing details of cleaning in prescribed format complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location : Pump House No 1 &3

S & F in replacement of old unsv panel inbuilt star delta starter/DOL assembly complete suitable upto 25 HP sub mersible pumping set fixed in LT control panel of pump house including replacement of existing unsv panel wirings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of old unsv agitator motor, 120W, single phase, 220 V AC, 50 Hz, 6 pole, 960 RPM where directed and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Water testing per month as per approval lab civil medical authority’s of test chemical and biological report and including all testing kit and other items, water collected in presence of medical staff in the stn and report submitted to every month first week or as required all as specified and as directed. Note:- Test certficate shall be provided from authorised laboratory

M & L for rewinding of burnt submersible pumping set of capacity 25 HP capacity with the existing gauge of copper winding wire with same insulation including replacement of bearings complete all as per standard norms and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr in-charge including taking out and refixing the motor/pump at any depth.

Taking out up/down old unserviceable DI/CI pipe with all fittings from trenches of following sizes all as directed :- Note:- Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item ). (a)100mm

Supply, laying, jointing and testing DI pipe of 100 mm bore ISI marked, spigot and socketed type, Class K-7 centrifugally cast suitable for rubber tyton joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing Cast iron pipes 100 mm bore, with spigot and socket ends, vertically cast, class B, in any length and laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore for spigot socketed pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Bends, Tapers, Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged upto 150mm bore for flanged pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI tubing with all fittings from trenches, walls, floors etc of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note:- Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item ). a) 50 mm bore

S & F in replacement of unsv/damaged gun metal globe or gate valve of following sizes with cast iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as diected :- (a) 50mm bore

Material and Labour for repairing pipe line, any type of joint, any size of valve, fitting re-assembling the fitting including earth work /any other work on day to day complaint basis, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed of all spare parts required for repair of any type of pipe line.

Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, spreaders, provision of extra holes in bus bar, provision of cable gland etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size (iii) The panel shall be mounted on brick wall not less than the height of 0.6m of three sides and masnory work complete all as directed incl white washing for brick work.

M&L for strip opening of unsv pumping sets, copper winding wires of any gauge, rewinding of motor by using new PVC insulated copper wire of same gauge of submersible electric motor 3 phase 415 volts 5/7/7.5 HP capacity including taking out and refixing the motor/pump at any depth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 core flat copper conductor, multistranded cable for submersible pump set of 1100 volt grade 10 sqmm size, including disconnecting and taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of old unsv CI Sluice valve with flanged ends of size 100 mm dia, PN 1.6 complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber / fiber board gasket,nuts, washer etc including taking down old/ unservicable Sluice valve, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of old unsv CI Sluice valve with flanged ends of size 150 mm dia, PN 1:6 complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber / fiber board gasket, nuts, washer etc including taking down old/unservicable Sluice valve, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M & L for GI pipe medium grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, 80 mm bore, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
