SITC of Maintenance Free Earth Pits
SITC of Maintenance free earthing system having copper bonded steel rod of 25 MM diameter and 3/4 meter length shall be UL listed and certified. The rod shall be suitable to withstand short ckt currrent of 40 KA at 1 Seconds CPRI Tested. The copper bonded rod shall meet the requirements of IEC 62561-2.
SITC of earth enhancement material having resistivity <0.12 ohm-m shall be used in the surrounding of the earthing rods to have better resistance value. A 50 kg compound per Pit shall be installed in a bore dia. of 150 MM and 10 feet plus depth.
SITC of Earth Mats using copper bonded steel rod with exothermic welded joints
SITC of Maintenance free earthing system having copper bonded steel rod of 25 MM diameter and 4 meter length. The rod shall be suitable to withstand short ckt currrent of 40 KA at 1 Seconds . The copper bonded rod shall meet the requirements of IEC 62561-2.
SITC of Earthing riser 50x6 MM made up of copper bonded steel material & 4mtr length. The riser shall be exothermically welded with main earthmat & riser to riser. Riser length to be of standard length not less than 4Mtr.
SITC of Earthing riser 75x6 MM made up of copper bonded steel material & 4mtr length. The riser shall be exothermically welded with main earthmat & riser to riser. Riser length to be of standard length not less than 4Mtr.
SITC of Exothermic Joints AS PER BELOW MENTIONED JOINTS:(cost of moulds to be included)
(i) Straight Joints : 2 way between 50x6 mm Copper bonded steel strip to 50x6 mm Copper bonded steel strip (ii) Straight Joints : 2 way between 25 mm dia. rod to 25 mm dia rod. (iii) L Joint : 2 way between 25 mm dia. rod to 25 mm dia rod (iv) TEE Joint : 2 way between 25 mm dia. rod to 25 mm dia rod (v) Cross Joint: 2 way between 25 mm dia. rod to 25 mm dia rod (vi) Tee Joint : Earthing risers joints with 25 mm dia. earth rod with 50x6 MM copper bonded steel rod. (vii) TEE JOINT: 50x6mm to 50x6mm flat/strip (viii) Straight Joints : 2 way between 75x6 mm Copper bonded steel strip to 75x6 mm Copper bonded steel strip (ix) Tee Joint : Earthing risers joints with 25 mm dia. earth rod with 75x6 MM copper bonded steel rod. (x) TEE JOINT: 75x6mm to 75x6mm flat/strip (xi) Or any other type of joints requires as per site situation

SITC of 50X6MM Copper flat for 220KV GIS earthing as per drawing with Copper-Copper argon joints/thermic joints/or as shown in drawing with sufficient overlaps
SITC of Main Earth Terminal (MET) 750mm Long 75X6 mm Copper Bonded Steel including wall mounting arrangements/suitable support insulators
SITC of 50x6mm GI strip for building structure reinforcement earthing and connection with main earthmat, providing cable brackets earthing riser with earthmat etc as per drawing including wall support cleats, Nut and bolt SS & GI as per requirement
SITC of Earth Pits as per approved drawing (Brick Pit Chamber/Precast/Polyplastic/or any other)
