Supply and laying of RCC PROTECTIVE COVER of size 600mm length x 250mm width x 37mm thick as a protective cover for underground cables.

Supply and laying of wire cut Bricks for 11KV Cable seperation.

Supply of G.I. earthing pipe, 2500mm long, 40mm nominal dia, class B, perforated for RMUs The pit shall be filled with homogenous mixture of 20Kgs of Charcoal, 20Kgs of salt and sand or soil with Brick masonary Chambers The work includes excavation, backfilling & spreading of excavated surplace earth evenly at RMUs.

Supply of HDGI flat of size 25mm x 5mm for earthing of RMUs

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size for foundations of RMUs)

Providing of Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and mass concrete for RMU's

Excavation in any type of soil including hard laterite soil by mechanical means( hydraulic excavator) or manual means for laying of HT, LT cables of various sizes including excavation for equipment foundations i.e for RMUs including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.

Refilling of excavated soil in the foundations, trenches etc. with avialable excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth, cosolidating each layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth in cable trenches and foundations of equipments.

Carrying out detailed physical survey of the area including detailed GPS survey which includes indicating and marking location of other utilities if any, furnishing of optimum and economical route and design for layong of HT, XLPE cables of various size and accessories, including plotting on the scaled land base map of size 1:1000 indicating all features and submitting drilling profile indicating proposed plan for open trenching,road,nullah,culvet, over bridge, rail crossing, or any other special crossing. The work shall include digging of trial pits at suitable intervals and re-instatement of dug-up area of trial pits. The detailed documents as well as the write-up shall be furnished in 02 nos. of hard copies and soft copies for approval.Upon approval fresh 06 Nos. of hard copies alongwith a soft copy shall be furnished duly corrected. On completion, the contractor has to submit final survey map with longitude and latitude of each every item with other details for asset mapping.
