Installation of Electric Street lights at Summerbugh Shalina and Rakh Shalina BK Pora panchayat Halqas.

Work items identified;

Supply,installation,testing,fixing and commissioning of of high-quality integrated LED Street Light with system wattage of Supply of 45W (±3W) LED streetlight having single piece housing made of pressure die-cast aluminium allow (ADC12/LM6). The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted/welded/mechanically joined to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The luminaire shall have Integrated polycarbonate front cover/lens only. Fitting with glass front cover shall not be considered. The luminaire shall have dusk to dawn feature (Digital on & off control) basis longitude & latitude (No electromechanical components like relays/sensors shall be acceptable). The luminaire shall be IP66 & IK07 compliant. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. Control gear compartments shall be top maintainable only. The luminaire shall have The LED luminaire shall use LEDs with CCT 5700°K, CR≥70, SDCM≤5 & Life of 50K Hrs @ L70B50. The luminaire shall deliver minimum system efficacy of 120lm/w. The luminaire shall use Potted driver having THD≤ 10% (@ full load), PF≥ 0.95 (@full load), can survive Input voltage stress 440V for 8 Hrs, can survive Input voltage stress 320V for 48 Hrs, can survive Input voltage stress 100V for 48 Hrs, High Voltage cut-off @ 320V (±15V) with auto re-start at 300V to 315V, Low voltage cut-off ≤ 120V with Auto-Restart at 120V (±15V), Operating voltage of 140V to 270V, In-built Surge Protection of 4KV (CM & DM). The LED driver shall have efficiency ≥85%. The LED driver shall be BIS registered. The luminaire shall have 10KV SPD placed in-side the control gear box of the luminaire. The luminaire shall have Electrical Insulation of Class I. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79 as per 2019 standard, Type test as per IS10322, "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer within 15 days of award of LOI. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approval: LM79 as per 2019 standard issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, IK Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver. The luminaire shall be with 5 years replacement warranty against any manufacturing defects /malfunctioning.with allied lighting fixtures,mounting suitable for side entry,pole mounting with bracket arm OD 35mm-42mm.With suitable length of 6.0 sqmm Almunium based flexible wire to be laid through flexible 3/4 inch conduit.The fixing of the items must be done using steel straps of adjustable size (20*0.7mm)with buckle as per reqirement .

Supply of safety shoes of standard make for lineman.

Supply of safety helmets as per IS Standard.

NOTE: 1.The rates quoted by the bidder for all the items shall be inclusive of GST/freight/insurance/storage/installation/testing and any other charges FOR Installation of electric Street lights at Summerbugh Shalina & Rakh Shalina BK Pora Panchayat halqas under the jurisdiction of ED Budgam KPDCL.
