Demolishing RCC work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50.00m lead as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

CEMENT CONCRETE :- Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

CEMENT PLASTER WITH A FLOATING COAT OF NEAT CEMENT 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. In dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Earth work :- Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on the bed of 12mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks : 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand )

Providing temporary bamboo barricades for Protection purpose with bamboo post of height 2.00m Including 0.30m bellow ground for fixing with an interval of 1.5mm C/C tied with jati bamboo horizontally in 3 rows at an interval of 0.50m C/C with carriage of materials to the work site as and directed by the deptt.(after completion of work the contractor is allowed to collect and clearing the unserviceable bamboo from the site.)
