Beaching, blocking, unblocking including dock hire / mooring charges for entire repair /painting etc. Of the Pontoon as required as per direction of EIC/IWT Surveyor.
Thickness of the plate to be measured by ultrasounding testing as per direction of the IWT Surveyor/EIC as required.
Cropping & renewal of the MS plate & angles/ channel to be done with existing thickness of the plate as per OEM as required as per direction of IWT Surveyor/EIC.
Servicing of both side anchor wiches after renewal of ferule, and PB Bush for smooth movement of gear as required, checking/ repair of driving gear unit including calibration/ painting of chains as required for proper operation.
Chipping, wire brushing and cleaning of the hull, main deck, shipside (P&S) & fore & aft side alongwith all accessories including calibration of chains as fitted on main deck for painting of the plate as required as per direction of the IWT surveyor/ EIC.
Chipping, wire brushing and cleaning of the inside all bulk head plates, angles, channels etc. for painting of the plate as required as per direction of the surveyor/ EIC.
Painting of hull plate and ship side area upto water level to be done with one coat of zinc chromate yellow primer followed by two coats of anti fouling marine paint as required as per direction of surveyor/ EIC.
Painting of all ship side area above water level & main deck alongwith all accessories including chains, deck fittings, cabin etc. to be done with one coat of zinc chromate yellow primer followed by two coats of existing colour anti crossive marine paints as required as per direction of IWT surveyor/ EIC.
Painting of all inside bulk heads plates, angles, channels etc to be done with one coat of zinc chromate yellow primer followed by two coats of existing colour marine paints as required as per direction of IWT surveyor/ EIC.
Renewal of necessary steel nut & bolts (M16x40 L) and washers of all manholes as required as per direction of IWTsurveyor/EIC.
Renewal of necessary gasket (3mm) of all manholes for arresting the water to enter into bulkheads as per direction of IWT surveyor/EIC.
Tyre fender alogwith its chains of appropriate length & dia. ,buldog clamp to be supplied as per direction of EIC.
