ADDITION ALTERATION B/R WORK

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises to out side MD land etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Double charged Virified tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchover Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm of thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes

Material and labour for Double charged Virified tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqmin SKIRTINGS etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm of thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes

Material and labour for coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles, matt finish of grade B-II(a), 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), light coloured group, area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors of pattern as approved over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of grade B-III, 7mm thick of size 450mm x 350mm or 350mm x 250mm or of size matching to floor tile as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over and including a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing rubbish off the premises to out side MD land etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering in Cement Mortar 20mm thick in two coats, i.e, in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions over in Cement Mortar 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and fair externally all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in Cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceilings, Chajja surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
