REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO DAMAGED FLOORING, TILLING, PLASTERING WORK, PLINTH PROTECTION AND MISC REPAIR WORKS AT NAYA RAIPUR MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) NAYA RAIPUR

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving’s n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified light shade colored ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing non- skid glazed ceramic tiles coloured7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n xc 0.18 sqm, in floor etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM mortar 1:4 set and joited with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement inclu to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut mirror polish kota stone slab 20-25mm thicklaid over cement screed bed of 20mm thick of cement mortar(1:4) base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement with no pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40gde laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning including spreading n layers and rolled consolidated to thickness of 50mm (minimum) for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm/450 x 350x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or colour cement including 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection , finish the cement concrete surfaces laid in bays including filling the expansion joints with sealing compound Gde"B" complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with modular fly ash bricks burnt straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster on external surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 including finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per Manufactorer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for 5mm thick cement plaster in CM1:3 on ceiling of concrete surfacesand finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick in cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces including dubbing coat if required and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- No extra payment will be paid for dubbing coat.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for threr coats of white wash on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for threr coats of white wash on newly plastered wall surfaces including preperation of surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for two coat of oil bound distemper incl preparation of new surface of wall over and incl a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint incl preparation of new surface of wall over and incl a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 4,320.00
