Material & Labour for dismantling the ceiling fan of sweep 1200 mm (48 inch) of any make/model, cutting and removing the old defective/burnt winding, cleaning the core of the fan motor, rewinding the motor with super enamelled Copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original including replacement of insulating material and using varnish class ‘B’ for insulation and re-assembling the fan including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- All defective/ unserviceable parts/items like bush, bearing, condenser etc. shall be measured and paid separetaly under appropriate items mentioned here-in-after. After painting MES No shall be marked with red colour synthetic enamel paint using stencil as per existing number complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of fan motor exhaust fan cooper wound 300mm sweep , single phase 230v AC supply including replacement of rubber pads and making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : Crompton Greaves/ GEC/Nelco/American universal/Khaitan/Cool home.

Material and labour for painting to ceiling Fan of any sweep/size/make, checking nut bolts and replace if required, painting the fans (at store yard of AGE E/M or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) complete including fan body, blades, canopies etc. with synthetic enamel white/Black/Grey paint by spray gun after cleaning all dust / spoil and greasy spots and including using filler for filling cavities. After painting, MES No shall be marked with red/black colour synthetic enamel paint using stencil as per existing number complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S & F modular fan regulator, 120W-2 Module complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for foundation/cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 Sqm in depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 230 mm deep (80 mm below and 150 mm above the cable) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L brick protection with sub class'B' brick laid flet across the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement LT XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade 25 Sqmm 4 Core with stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed armoured confirming to IS 1556 laid in trenches/along poles/ through pipe/through duct complete including taking out for further disposal all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement LT XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core with stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed armoured confirming to IS 1556 laid in trenches/along poles/ through pipe/through duct complete including taking out for further disposal all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles, for fixing of panels, floor finish etc including necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement sheet metal enclosure DB single pole and neutral for 240 volts 8 way with 200 Amps rated busbar flush/surface mounting double door complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Vertical MCB DB distribution box 3 phase TPN 4 ways double door including MCCB 125 Amp 16 KA as incommer with bus bar rating 200 Amps vertical type dust and vermin proof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB single pole 240 volt 5-32 amps 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB SPN 240 volt 32 to 40 amp 10KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sub main wiring with two single core PVC sheathed insulated cable of 4 sqmm size copper multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade drawn-through and including 25 mm dia stove enamelled rigid steel conduit of adequate size of conduit and junction boxes,terminal boxs,terminal boxes and accessories such as tees, bend elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends fixed concealed in wall including one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed multi stranded earth wire earth continuty conductor. (Two run of single core cable and one run of 4 sqmm copper wire earth continuty conductor and conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for GI pipe light grade laid in trenches / fixed to pole / wall for cable protection of following size 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
