REPAIR TO STONE MASONRY RETAINING WALL AND OTHER CONNECTED MAINT WORKS IN AOR OF KITPI UNDER GE 859 EWS

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc.15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete/ brick work/ masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground ncomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, but except stone, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Servicable stone received from demolition shall be reused.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing 40mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or grought upto courses granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc, and raising (or lowering ) to the required level with broken stone/boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-1,1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete masonry Type C-1,1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in Cement mortar (1:6) as in walls complete all as specified and directed.
