MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS OF CERTAIN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AT AFA HYDERABAD

Maintenance and Operations of Sub-Station No. 2 and connected HT / LT equipments, OH lines, UG cables etc at 14 AFH, OMQ, SMQ, Offrs Mess, VIP accommodation area & Type -I Area, NCs Qtrs & Servant Qtrs and street lights etc. for three shifts of 8 hrs duration by receiving /attending break down complaints etc, repairs to LT panels and connected items such as internal and external fittings and fixtures, MCBs etc., attending the electric LT faults and rectify the circuits faults etc, Sub-Stations and area to be operated round the clock including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minimum 01 Electrician shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, Second Shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs

Maintenance and Operations Sub-Station No. 4 and Sub-Station No. 15 along with connected HT/LT equipments OH lines, UG cables etc at Academy Stadium, Sports complex, Sewage Pump House No.-1, Airmen Billets, SNCOs Mess, Solar Power Plants and Street lights etc. for two shifts of 8 hrs duration by receiving / attending break down complaints etc, repairs to LT panels at Airmen Billets and connected items such as internal and external fittings and fixtures, MCBs etc., attending the electric LT faults and rectify the circuits faults etc, Sub-Stations and area to be operated Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minimum 01 Electrician shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs , Second Shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs.(Shift timing may alter as per requirement and directions of Engineer-in-Charge).

Maintenance and Operations Sub-Station No. 3 and connected HT / LT equipments, OH lines, UG cables etc at Wireless Transmitter, Sub Stn No 13 & Area, Officers Institute, SR Borewell, DSC Mess, Watch Tower No 8, Academy Bakery, Vermi culture etc, Mandir & Majsid, area street lights etc (WT and Perimeter) in three shifts of 8 hrs duration to attend the power break down complaints, repairs to LT Panels and connected items such as LT HRC fuses/MCBs/ Contractors/Isolation etc., attending the electrical LT faults, rectifying the same circuits etc Sub-Stations and area to be operated round the clock including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minimum 01 Electrician shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Maintenance and Operations Sub-Station No. 5 and connected HT/LT equipments OH lines, UG cables etc at Telephone Exchange, MT Section, 902 ATSRU Bldg, LAO Office, Amn Dump, Receiving Borewell and street lights etc for three shifts of 8 hrs duration by receiving / attending break down complaints etc, repairs to LT panels and connected items such as internal and external fittings and fixtures, MCBs etc., attending the electric LT faults and rectify the circuits faults etc. Sub-Stations and area to be operated round the clock including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Minimum 01 Electrician shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Note for Item No 1 to 4:-

(i) The quoted rate deemed to be excluding the cost of other repairs/overhauling work.

(ii) Necessary printed log sheet to be provided to each installation (as per prescribed proforma) shall be provided by the contractor for which the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iv) Panels, Sub Stn room and the area shall be cleaned and maintained well as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iv) The contractor shall provide minimum two pairs of uniform to be provided to each installation duly printed with the companys name in the shirts and one pair of industrial shoe to his employee. The samples of uniform shall be got approved by the Garrison Engineer before procurement.

(v) Necessary hand tools and Safety Equipment to be provided to each installation as listed bellow, to be provided to the operator, in each installation, which shall be handed over to next operator after completion of every shift. (a) Side cutting plier 8" - 01 No. (b) Adjustable spanner 8" - 01 No. (c) Ball pein Hammer 500gms - 01 No. (d) Screw Driver 10" - 01 No. (e) Line Tester (230V) - 01 No. (f) Screw Driver Set ( 5 Nos) - 01 Set. (o) Dry type Fire Extinguisher (For A-B-C type of fire) Packed in 4.5 Kg Cylinder (ISI marked) with necessary fixing arrangement on wall complete - 01 No. (p) Electric Shock Treatment chart (as per sample) 01 No. The Cost of above said necessary hand tools and safety equipment to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

(vi) Mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned JE/AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone and Sim card to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AFA Campus for security point of view. Only simple basic phone shall have to be provided). Cost of regular recharge shall have to be borne by contractor. The amount of recharge shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
