Providing and laying rainforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on forst class bedding of granular material in single row icluding fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works backing filling concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets caluse 1106 600mm dia Hume Pipeas directed by the Engineer-in-Change

Providing weephole in brick masonary /stone masonary ,plain/ rainforced concrate abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slpoe of 1 (V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses614,709,1204.3.7.as directed by the Engineer-in-Change

Plain/reinforced cement concrete (1:4:8) in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203.as directed by the Engineer-in-Change

Granular sub-base geaded-I by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, and compacting with smoth three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achive the desire density complete as per Mord techincial specification Clause 401by mechanical means and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge inculding carriage of material through all modes of trancport within all leads and lifts and other inculding.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (EightyHundred) KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening /binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred Five) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emilsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kilogramme per square meter using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying track coat with Bitumen emilsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prpared granular surfaces treated with promer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Techincal Specification Clause 503.

Providing and lying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specification grading premixed with bituminous binder and filter transport the hot mix site by tippers laying with paver finsher equiped with electronic sencore to the required grade level and alignemnt and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory tanddem rollers to achive the disired compaction and density as per specification complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
